Typically it takes awhile for people to get to your game after you submit the replay (like anywhere from 2-3 weeks to 2-3 months), so it's possible they just haven't gotten to it yet? These guys, or one guy with a lot of duplicate accounts, were throwing matches rapidly, about 6 matches in 4 minutes at one point.
