Welcome to the forums, please post the same thing as here It looks like it might be graphics issue try disable postprocessing, GSLS and so on and please report back if something changed I believe it might be display driver issue. @Stan` @vladislavbelov @Angen

yes that was it also around seventh minute he was talking about some ai bug with new spidermonkey that he was testing plus some units gatherers got stuck to get to one tree in the first half of video too.
