According to https://launchpad.net/~wfg/+archive/ubuntu/0ad.dev/+packages and http://irclogs.wildfiregames.com/2020-04/2020-04-23-QuakeNet-%230ad-dev.log there are recent packages because we are testing binaries because there were some updates and more are still needed in order to function properly mainly Nvtt fixes and outdated spidermonkey, but that does not meant that 0ad is releasing it is just development snapshot.
