Hello @user1 I've dm'ed the answers (I hope) for some the questions you had asked there. For the remaining, Product Management and Project Management varies a lot. My company has more of Product Managers. One of the key difference between Product and Project management is the work they do. Project Managers mostly oversee the developers and see to it that the feature has been shipped on time. They don't work on solutions. Product Managers mainly work on solutions to a problem and work closely with development team to ship the features. We don't oversee any developers directly.
