You can start right away but stick to noob games, won't be fun for anyone if you have to face experienced players. Even if you beat 2 very hard petras, MP is different. You won't learn much that way. Watch tutorial videos in yt: build orders, eco guides, etc. And join higher level games as spectator.

@wowgetoffyourcellphone and @Lion.Kanzen have proposed scouting cav separate from fighting cav before, maybe they have models

Is that hard to do? Host loads in lobby the last replay, others join and get a copy of the state.

Thank you, Langbart. The game has beautiful art but some is impossible to see at a comfortable zoom for playing. Haven't tried it yet but I hope it changes the steppe-like grass around the CC somehow.

Everybody whines when alphas change significantly but players always adapt and learn to like it. Many people paved the way in a24 for future balancing with more frequent releases. We are lucky this time borg and nescio hear our cries about balancing

When you rotate buildings with [ ], i guess the new snapping resets the rotation. Specs can't see player stats (f/w/s/m/p) in observer mode. If you sort the list of participants in lobby by some criteria, it resets to default after rejoining or leaving a game. I don't know if a mod prevented those behaviors in a23.

causative made his own `TrueSkill' taking into account 0ad replay metadata. Here's an implentation https://trueskill.org/ Some mod (nani's?) already adds an autobalance command, no idea if it works
