Keyboard entry is handled by the SDL2 library as fenur mentioned could be a bug in the library as the old SDL lib was kinda wonky handling modifier keys of any kind. Enjoy the Choice

Rapid fire archers

Welcome historicaldumbass that video was posted about a year ago being an archer myself I have seen and used these techniques they are not valid as shown for mongolian draw(thumb draw) archers and the rapid fire ability was not common only specialists developed it as the training started very early to develop both the eye and back strength to get to full draw with a war bow(>90lb). Win 10 NO OpenGL support

It does seem to be GPU dependent with Intel ones working mostly while Nvidia and radeon seem to need new drivers did some googling last night lots of threads on the M$ Win 10 beta forums but no solved ones they where dated several months ago also one youtube video on how to fix for Intel 41 series GPU's since I myself will be waiting for the first service pack before I upgrade(happy using Mint) it is not an issue for me yet Enjoy the Choice -
Just got a forum post on the vegastrike game forums where I'm senior admin from a user that had done the upgrade to Win 10 where he reported that our current binaries did not work because there was no OpenGL support.It may be that Win !0 ships with crippled GPU drivers or needs compilation with a newer version of Visual Studio so I am just passing the news on.So lots of Windows blender heads will not be happy either Enjoy the Choice

Ubuntu 14.04 multimonitor issues (was: I cannot start the game!)

Using multi monitors is crazy under Linux for full screen games it is very dependent on the desktops window manager I use Mint with the Cinnamon desktop which handles 0AD quite well only using the primary monitor for full screen games Enjoy the Choice -

Welcome Ali units getting stuck is a pathfinder issue not related to the AI at all the code crew is working on it(for the last year it's hard) there is a new pathfinder in the development version(svn) that is much better but still needs more work. Enjoy the Choice

Been playing with HDR backgrounds and lighting so those node groups where a fun find for some characters I am working on for an other Foss project using makehuman/blender at least for the humanoid ones Enjoy the Choice -

Nice Stan that looks like a fairly std node setup for an image texture as all that is different is mixing in that red if you want a good library of node groups check out "b-wide_NodePack" about 70 very useful noodles just append them from the provided .blend Enjoy the Choice -
Not possible if the game was fully installed on a Linux system only the super-user would have access to the data folder. I use the svn version running in userland(/home) and put symbolic links in all the locations mentioned so far and I do see ROTE in the Mod config page and it runs fine so it may be just a matter of finding the correct location for it. Enjoy the Choice

It can not seen to find the headers for nspr the package that installs it is libnspr4-dev so check if it is really installed if it is then try adding it's location to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH as the error message says. Enjoy the Choice

No need to trash it yet you just have to find a new graphics card that plays nice with Linux as Ben mentioned earlier. Enjoy the Choice

The VIA S3 does not handle OpenGL at all well any more the reason that the Cinnamon desktop did not work well on your system.You might try using minimal graphic settings but I have a feeling that your S3 is just too old. Enjoy the Choice

No pathfinding algorithms are not simple or trivial implementing is also not trivial the code is being written and tested incrementally. The person working on it like all of our coders is a volunteer so has not a lot of time to work on it maybe we all have lives apart from 0AD it will be done if not in the near future than when it's done after all this project has been at it for a long time like most FOSS projects it ebbs and flows dependent on resources (programmers,artist and researchers). Enjoy the Choice
