  1. Is there a way to easily remove Auto-queue for a mod?
  2. Yeah, the territory pushing dynamic just so you can place a storehouse next to a clump of trees feels pretty odd. I saw Vali do it in one of his videos, using a string of houses at the edge of his territory to get a storehouse to some trees. Strange gameplay dynamic.
  3. Well, I think the fish are just supposed to be generic fish, except the tuna variant, which could just be generic too for purposes.
  4. I'd say if this was a "advancing through the ages" game, then you'd be right. If you were building a city from the Greek Dark Age up through the Hellenistic Age, then it would make sense that you'd start out building farms near the town center, but the game isn't that. You're building a city/colony from the start at your culture's height in 0 A.D.
  5. Hmm, perhaps the gulls could be smaller and glide a little bit?
  6. If only Athens had planted wheat in the agora they could have won the Peloponnesian War.
  7. I would turn Skiritai into the "Eagle Warriors" from AOE2. Essentially really fast spearmen, good for raiding and flanking, but can get massacred by swordsmen and archers if they don't keep on the move. They could even use the Phalanx formation when in pitched battle.
  8. Exactly why pike and spear units seriously need their pierce attack removed. This issue has been apparent for several alphas.
  9. I agree. Axe units would be very rare. I don't see the justification for including them as a mainline unit, except in the rare cases you mentioned. Same goes for maces and clubs. They're just rare specialized units, essentially. An easy way to differentiate is with bonuses. See: Delenda Est.
  10. Looks like the earliest it can be verified and downloadable on mod.io is the 22nd. So, that gives me a few days to make some fixes and I've already done some of that by fixing some wall garrison/turreting bugs I noticed.
  11. Ask @Mythos_Ruler. Yeah, they overlap nicely, but it might be a bit much now that we have snapping.
  12. [14476] Finished packaging "delenda_est_A25.pyromod". Debug View was definitely essential for me to troubleshoot archival failures. Had about 8 or so issues which caused the archiver to fail and Debug View's interface allowed me to see what the problems were.

  14. It seems like only 1 soldier cheers after winning a battle, when the entire group of soldiers should cheer. Anyone confirm this bug? Set up a battle. Make sure one side wins (nyuk) and see if all of the winning soldiers cheer or not.
  15. lol, I intentionally left that option out (it's always brought up), because then you'll have some people naming their cities racial slurs and such. Much better to just avoid that altogether (and we can keep it historically accurate with a pre-made list). Perhaps it could be allowed in single player games though.
  16. This was discussed off and on in the past. I was thinking it would be nice for the game to name the different Civic Centers based on historical city names (similar to how the AI is given a cool historical name). In a standard match, the names would be pulled from a pre-made list (either in the civ.json or {civ}/civil_centre template). Secondarily, Atlas could be extended to allow scenario/campaign designers to give custom names to Civic Centers on the map (or done with triggers).
