  1. Doesn't seem like a good idea, not all random maps are good in an artistic sense. Well actually it should be random/procedural They are random because of the seed, and procedural in the way they are generated. Well it's old... Also worth noting, the art department is more active now than it has been in the past 5 years. I have a few things in my eyecandy mod but I need to improve my skills more... https://github.com/0ADMods/eyecandy Well it's actually not the case, if I had more hands I'd do some improvements over some building assets. The issue is there is no one working on skirmish maps. @niektb was the last one, and he is now retired. If @wowgetoffyourcellphone wants to propose some updates to the existing non random maps, I guess I can review them. By the way wow what do you think of the last berry bushes by bigtiger ? Remind me I need to package @Bigtiger's mod with his permission to include the new biome in the game.

  7. They are nice but they are missing details so they do not look very realistic.
  8. Can you attach the files requested ? In the meantime try disabling GLSL and postprocessing in the game's options.

  10. Well hopefully we can disable shadows. At least we can reduce their quality.
  11. Probably missing "<castshadow/>" in the actor, like most of the current grass do.
  12. @feneur Can you lift his post limit please, thanks. @Speed_Freak If you are on Mac Os you don't have a firewall so something else is blocking your connection. Are you on a restricted network, such as a school or a public place ?
  13. Did you enable 0ad through your firewall ?
  14. We are gonna need crashlog.dmp and crashlog.txt. Assuming you game didn't crash after that again (they get overriden)
  15. What OS are you on ? If you are on Fedora, Windows, or Mac OS try disabling TLS encryption in the game options. It is in the lobby tab. You should be able to join without a crash then.
  16. Hello, Can you elaborate on this a bit please. Does the game crash when you try to play in multiplayer, or does something else occur ?

  18. An Engine split is planned. As for splitting the civs not really possible because they are interdependent and I don't see how having 13 folders is gonna make things easier for us ^^

  20. In my case since I am using the game's terrain textures my uvs overlap so I can't bake the normals :/
