If you have terra magna, look at the golden cauldron I made for the temple I think it could be used. Else a desaturated version of this with less bumps might work too. -
@Alexandermb For obvious reasons at least to me, I can't commit this if it's the new horses. Is it ? The chariot itself has been accepted by enrique.

@Alexandermb Sure. If you want to improve stuff you are always welcome. Try to find a better texture in the assets if you can. Also, if possible, try to add some player color, maybe a shield or something I think @wowgetoffyourcellphone will appreciate it The bucket uv looks wrong though, try to avoid visible seams. Maybe doing the onager unit anims first would be better ? -

I think there is a working implementation in delenda est a mod made by @wowgetoffyourcellphone. Also have a look at the Hyrule conquest mod maybe there is stuff you can pick from there. As of being able to switch back just make the hero upgrade back to the unit.

Hello welcome to the forums. Unfortunately it's not possible yet. However it is one of the features we want for the game. So maybe one day a contributor will come and work on that.

I think what you are looking for is the unit upgrade function of the game that allows one unit to turn into another with a button. So yes it's doable.

@Alexandermb I think Enrique added props for this purpose. He then animated them.

For some reason, anims are broken when I import. I think I remember something about anims being incompatibles between blender versions or something. Rotations for the death anims are completely off.
