  1. Not really. What one can do is elevate the whole map to match the skybox
  2. Indeed it's nice to run into it now, however the bar for mods has always been lower than the main game. Of course. And then we (or I in that matter) will have to teach them and then you get at the point where it's tempting to do everything yourself because you know you're gonna be there tomorrow and it might faster to do things yourself. I hate doing that and I I believe mistakes are good for learning. But sometimes it backfires You need someone with the committment to test. It might take months before that happen. Which can be fine, but also an extremely confusing / frustrating experience.
  3. If he did not, he wouldn't see the sky (The option was also removed by vladislav (only available in config now)) If you remove camera restrictions by pressing alt + d and tick restrict camera, then tilt the camera you'll probably see the sky.
  4. Hey there, what version are you running ? What OS are you on? Can you upload the game's log folder ? See wiki:GameDataPaths Did you play previous versions? Did you have mods enabled ?
  5. Well from the height of the map depends on how much of the bottom of the sky you'll see. So yes, it's definitely suboptimal, and the in the worst case terrible.
  6. Uh, the roman testudo is a a civ specific formation, so are the phalanx and syntagma.
  7. I thought that was for your enemies? Here I'm trying to build something :p
  8. Those are the only two occurences of that sprite. Not sure where you found it in modmod.xml.
  9. Well yeah. I tend to trust people. But I shouldn't. I hoped stuff could work without micromanagement.
  10. https://code.wildfiregames.com/D3037
  11. No there have been so many changes in the mod that I can't keep track. Some of them were good and the others were pretty weird or bad.
  12. Really? Isn't that how all artillery is used ? If we enabled friendly fire it could be even more fun.
  13. Well I suppose that's because gather_grain is missing from all of them --'
  14. It's a bit more than an a plane, but I'll add it to my long list of things to do.
  15. Could solve the missing jav problem. I'm a bit afraid hans will have to completely botched down to fit the meta :/ What?
  16. Hi, Can you look for your user.cfg file? Just type %appdata%\0ad\config\ in your address bar and add at the bottom of the file forceglversion=true windowed=true If that doesn't work can you zip and upload the contentd of the %localappdata%\0ad\config folder ?
  17. Well it uses JS and it's much easier to do it there. Just like it was for victory conditions It's not impossible but it's tricky
  18. In the past it did affect fullscreen mode as well. It doesn't work with the current type of fullscreen but it might in the future so we kept it. E.G it might work again with https://code.wildfiregames.com/D4106 There might be a check for user: out of memory. as for the existing civs it's a bit harder since they can change with mods, so you'd have to look for all possible civs before.
  19. Sprites are xml objects that reference textures, or part of textures. There are a few files called sprites.xml listing such images in the gui folder. poleis was another civ that might have been planned in the past, thebans too, although they are in DE now. hellenes was the civ emblem used for all greek civs before they were splitted. Initially your tech changes would affect your buildings and the heroes you'd get. Mauryas are another civ.
