  1. I am still working on it. I made the dumb move (lol) of adding a new civ (Galatians), so I need to finish up their heroes before I bundle the mod. I'm aiming for this weekend.

  3. In case some peeps are blind that includes me, when selecting in area filled with soldier and civilians, there is a button to select civilians only and then there is soldiers only, may it help you a bit.

  9. Delenda est is actually way better than vanilla. EDIT: Though not as good as Hyrule Conquest: Revival, if I do say so myself (I do).

  10. "Gendered Civilians" is a very bad change. Everything from Delenda Est should just stay in that mod (Germanics, for example). There is a reason why >99% of online players play vanilla instead of Delenda Est.

  11. @ittihat_ve_terakki I can truly understand that people consider the lack of appropriate audio feedback to be a problem. From a gameplay perspective, it’s reasonable to see that as an issue, and something should be done about it. But... This is merely your assumption. I’ve already seen many people adopt the term “Civilian” without any issue. Historically, agriculture was a task carried out by the whole of civil society—within families or communities. I think this change aims to represent that. And what you’re saying here is nonsense. You’re taking the historical accuracy argument to an extreme. It doesn’t even make sense to debate it. If you want to keep playing without your comfort being challenged, the favor has already been done for you — enjoy. Honestly, what exactly is the problem? I’m genuinely struck by the reaction of some people, who I’m really seems to be motivated far more by ideological concerns than anything else. I’ve read comments in the lobby claiming this is part of a “woke agenda” (absurd argument) and that we should add r4pes to the game to be historically accurate.... Seriously, is having male models working on farms as civilians really that upsetting? It’s kind of funny.

  13. I didn't see that one. I did see the "no blood and gore" mod, which also needs an update. After looking into it a bit, I don't plan to pursue a "Peaceful Mode" mod... but I still it's a good idea for someone else to do I think I'm good with the workaround for now, it accomplishes most of what I want at the moment: 1. Deselect all victory options 2. Set all players on the same team 3. Lock teams Thanks everyone!

  19. Would it? I know AoE2 handles it like this, but from a quick search historically projectiles such as arrows and javelins were most effective against elephants. But it's good to know that they have to be brought down by pure strength; as they deal AoE damage the most effective counter in 0AD might be ranged units as well.

  22. So, my-mod is the top folder name for the mod, correct? EDIT: Correct. This works. But will take a tooooon of GUI editing to make look good, because the current GUI code uses one font style for almost everything.

  25. Cough* I tried to but its not available for me, since its my first contribution, and I don't know github works other then sending report issues. I'm not a coder.... compiling is too difficult for my brain... commit guideline, I'll be sure to understand it later. Map: Mainland Players Involved: ffm (Germans), JulioC23 (Macedonian) Description: After capturing an enemy cc (belonging to JulioC23), I trained units and attempted to set the CC waypoint first to ground, then to the cc, so newly trained units would garrison. Despite multiple attempts changing the waypoint to different spots on the ground in front of the CC, on the CC’s corner, and beside it, units spawned outside, did not garrison, and were killed by a nearby enemy tower (still owned by JulioC23). Attempts to reproduce: Replicated the situation in a new game with unassigned players on Mainland, but the issue did not occur. The original game was saved and rehosted, so no working replay is available. Note: If someone is interested, it might be possible to combine the two replays by adjusting turn numbers to investigate further. This is at least a report for awareness; perhaps others can upload if they encounter the same issue commands1.txt commands2.txt

  28. So A28 has been updated for my linux, then I'll be updating German's CC Boundary Box. For the future me or any linux modders(Debian), to obtain the zip file for 0AD(flatpak-3.5gb) which you can disect later. Go to terminal type nautilus admin:/ then in files go to var/lib/flatpak/app/com/play.0ad.zeroad/current/active/files/share/games/0ad/mods/public. Then copy public.zip to anywhere you want, in my case its download and there you have it. Hmm when I go to editor, it crashes, I've checked CC changes and Rome is the only effected. Fixed it, now its working properly as well as included German's CC. I mean the code can be clean but I'll leave it to the programmers grey beard's wisdom of placing it properly. Please integrate this to A29, so I can play it in multiplayer. To be honest, the CC is big so the height being 1.0 is pretty much enough, all you need is clicking the ground.   31. yeah u got scammed on food @Meister Ok so basically, because these came from a PR, I needed to add "_balanced" to a bunch of things, and I forgot it for mainland balanced, which caused mainland balanced to use the old script even though the "balanced" checkbox was present. The issue is exclusive to mainland_balanced.

Hi, i just downloaded it, had one game with Aron and i must say i doubt that this was balanced (i did select the balance check-option)... i tried a couple more times and just food was mostly not balanced. didnt check about wood and minerals. @BreakfastBurrito_007 edit: referring to this version here: 2026-03-02_0009.zip
