Skhorn
@Alexandermb Wouldn't you like to join the Modding Community team? We aren't to active and most of the work is quite independently of the others, but still we all contribute and talk/share when we got the time. In this way if you want to keep contributing to this mod, you can get to know the roadmap and the needs that the mod has, and of course you can collaborate us to make it better.

Yes, i would like to support the projects with ideas or models. and actually i have an idea i used on my millenium version: as the nords where carpenters and they work hard on every single ship they had made, i did a template to make the infantry swordsman construct the drakkars on the shores like a dock, but i don't know if the IA will know how to work with that.

wackyserious
Some ideas for the Norse sentry tower The watch tower is part of the Viking village reconstruction found at the Foteviken Museum in Sweden. Stan`
I think it was decided earlier that Norse wouldn't have any towers
niektb
@stanislas69: the wooden tower (which the Norse have) is renamed to sentry tower and every civ has it's custom sentry tower model @Alexandermb: it's a funny idea but the AI will hate it for sure :/
wackyserious
Why don't we add fence to the Norse houses? Modern reconstructions suggest that Nordic settlements during the Viking age had their homes fenced, most especially in large towns like major ports and trading centers.
wackyserious
The concepts above uses the 3x3 dirt decals. Fences should be constructed as thickets.

Stan`
Fences look great. Doesn't it make the houses too big tho ?
wackyserious
About the same size as the Roman house restrictions? Maybe a little larger, btw, those fences aren't actual meshes, those are just fences in Atlas which are put together to create a fence concept

wackyserious
Awesome! You just need to adjust the dirt decals, to make the house look unified with the fence as a single entity. Great job, I really like the 3rd one.
