  2. I'll be honest. While @Sundiata's portraits and Rossi's are "better", it doesn't help the game to have 3 or 4 "better" portraits if all of the other portraits look completely different. Know what I mean? That's the last I'll say on that score. lol
  3. These 2 could work if adjusted to @m7600's methods/aesthetics! The game really needs these to be consistent, IMHO.
  4. I think there is universal acclaim for your current direction. The only issue is: do you have the perseverance to do them all and maybe even redo some of the first ones once you've improved? Some people, like me, are maniacs and have been at this for years. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  7. I like them. I'm not so sure about the red highlight on Harsi tho. For Craterus, I think it's a bit hard to see his face. Pretty strong shadow. Also, historically Greeks have been depicted with a very curly beard so it would be awesome to show that.

  11. Just figured we're still looking for ways to "Hellenize" the Ptolemies.
  12. New map, Magadha, is inspired by some gameplay videos I saw on Youtube. I noticed that people play 1v1 matches that tend to be on smaller maps, that kind of just spread resources out over a relatively open map with few choke points. So, this is potentially what an "India" biome map could look like in EA, minus cool stuff like mercenary camps and farmlands of course :

  14. Right. We could use more animals in general. Gharials for Indian maps would be nice! Could just edit the existing crocodile mesh. Maybe even use the same animations.
  15. I just think the elephants need maybe scaled up by 10% and some minor geometry editing. They are the biggest animals in the game, so it's worth making them look the best we can. I'd like to see more war elephant variations, personally.
  16. Doesn't need that many obelisks and the statues can be smaller. 1:50 maybe?
