It was a nice texture. The yellowish underpadding could have been player color and would have worked well. -

I think I can make a patch for the shield "variant" files if you commit some new textures. If you make 1 to 1 replacements, then the existing actors can look better immediately. -

Indeed. Druids were more like the Magi in Persia: a priest class who held considerable political power (like the Bene Gesserit in DUNE, lol). -

That is naive math (sorry) that doesn't take into account the chaos of battle. On an infinite scale, yes, the math is absolutely correct, but in the ebb and flow of the battlefield it won't work out that way. Players won't constantly be using the feature and players who do will still have to manually target or retarget their troops throughout the battle as the conditions change. There will be all kinds of gaps in usage and enemy troop movements to confound the "simple" math. -
Hi there. I'm humbly asking for 1 more Kushite and maybe 2-3 more Maurya hero textures if anyone is willing to tackle them. I'm hoping for something on par with the ones we currently have as far as quality or style. First, the Kushite request: Queen/Kandake/female hero texture like LordGood's reference: I like the "Isis" wing motif wrapping around the skirt and the white top and dangling beads. All looks really nice and is a lot different from the current available textures. Here are the current hero textures to give you an idea of the style: I honestly think the normal maps, while appreciated, may be overkill. So, diffuse and specular maps are good enough. ======================================================================= And then a few more Indian hero textures would be nice. There are 3 "unarmored" possibilities and 1 "armored" possibilities. Some references are NSFW, but are censored and hidden behind spoiler tags. #1: Unarmored. It's work depicting "Chandragupta", but could easily be an alternative for Ashoka or Bindusara. The female references are nice too, and could potentially work for the Maiden Guard Archers. #2: Unarmored #3: Unarmored #4: Armored It would be great to have some more Mauryan/Indian props to match, but that's another task possibly.
