  2. Any civiilization idea can be done as a mod. In order for it to be added to the game though you'd have to have pretty solid historical backup There are a lot of reasons, you can find much of them scattered on the forums. There is still quite a few open issues on the repositories. Unit or structures? For units you can see my answer in the other thread.
  3. You should use the animation blend file, unless you are planning to make a custom skeleton. You can find the blend file there: https://trac.wildfiregames.com/browser/art_source/trunk/art/meshes and animations/skeletal/biped_meshes_and_animations.zip For skins just pick any unit texture and paint over it.   5. The uniform patterns are easy to do (the fist line, the two left ones on second +, dolphin plus the last too on the last line) with those patterns you can easily bake new ones. eye and orcomeno are a bit harder and the hardest would be the purple one.

  9. We are currently investigating an issue with Ryzen CPUs. you will have to patch the game manually :/ You should get a popup that asks you whether you want to continue though. That's odd.

  11. It's pretty easy to create a mod removing the territory system, from all the structures; However the aim of 0 A.D. is not just to be a free AOE clone

  14. Do you have another antivirus? (Some come with firewalls)
  15. Sometimes you need to authorize application through windows defender. If it's blocking 0 A.D. it won't work;
  16. Well the current Arch fix is a not a proper patch per se. I believe @Imarok left instructions for the future, but they require a bigger refactoring
  17. Maybe. But the fix in the binary above is for windows only code, as the linux one does something different. I don't have enough data about problems on arch to know if they need something extra there. We're still investigating with @OptimusShepard

  22. Yeah. It's useful However I don't think changing the units of all those files is.
  23. Would someone be so kind as to provide a video or something to how it should work,or where it is bugged. I believe @vladislavbelov needs some more visual feedback.
