  1. Made a quick mode to test having only one resource. The context was trying to investigate a bug for @The Undying Nephalim It works for the most part - It seems the minimap doesn't allow any other resource name (here gas) but that might be an oversight from Changeset 7555 – Wildfire Games metal works fine - Petra doesn't like it. Too many hardcodings - Counter.js had some hardcodings - Could be nice to test having different resource per faction using @s0600204 's mod Faction-Specific Resources mod for 0 A.D. - mod.io one_resource.zip

  4. Or revert to old system with longer build times. Ptol plays the same as every other civ except it is easier. There is zero trade off, which makes it broken.

  9. Glory isn't tradeable or tributable. I assume 'rare resources' could be. So imagine a diamond mine on the map, you could gather from it and then use it for something special or send it to a different player or convert it to a different resource at the market. I imagine rare resources would net a high value in trading/bartering and be usable for impactful special features or techs.

  12. well there are 5 already, but I wonder if we should also do a ptol nerf like @chrstgtr and @vinme suggest. Something like 60 to 75 percent faster.

  16. You’re right. Maybe an in game “recent changes” viewer would be best. My last few points are just to say: it should be readily apparent what changes were made by the mod. I don’t know if that is easiest is in a forum stickied post or in an in-game option. The mod is a great idea, but right now it takes a bit of digging to figure out what the mod actually does, which undercuts any goals beyond serving as a hot-fix for Han farming upgrades (which itself is really important)

  19. Just a suggestion that maybe that OP should list what changes were made to each version of the mod. Something like the below. This will allow players to see what actually changes and help determine whether a change is actually desirable. Changes Made 0.26.1 Fixed Han field upgrades by... 0.26.2 [Fill]
