Boudicca has a bronze girl-chested armor which is both fantasy and inaccurate: Caratacos has the weird belt from its concept art, which is conan the barbarian -like stuff: http://images.gamedev.net/columns/spotlight/0AD/big02.jpg http://images.gamedev.net/columns/spotlight/0AD/big02.jpg Cunobelin is less problematic but he has weird leather straps (purely decorative) over the body and with buckles (belt buckles are actually something the Romans popularized, the Celts used belt hooks and rings), there is also a Roman fibula on the shoulder (the penannular fibula appeared during the Roman empire) and the wooden scabbard that should be in metal and on the other side: Vercingetorix still has a round shield (which isn't accurate), the scabbard on the wrong side and a weird belt: Viridomarus uses the Battersea shield (which has been found in UK), a bronze fantasy cuirass, a weird animal pelt and the same problematic wooden scabbard: Finally the temple... isn't really looking like a temple: Honestly, you could use it for anything else and you wouldn't see the issue. There is nothing telling you it is a temple or any building with a religious function. This could be a storehouse, barracks, a noble house, a military camp etc. The building isn't bad, except for the round shields, but it is super generic and unspecific.2 points

@maroder Wasn't the infinite relics bug removed with the winter fix? I thought the Brit's vid was meh anyway, but after he wasn't done with the relics bug at minute 8 I couldn't just bear it anymore. (Especially since he made such a big deal of it with a premiere...) I read about ideas of making washing machines a service; so you don't just own it but pay for each use.1 point

OMG !! That polearms bug is utterly RIDICOLOUS! Okay sometimes I make fun of AOE4 lightheartily, but in all seriousness I'm kinda shocked by the amount of missteps since the release! Like, it really come off as something amateurish by the quality of these bugs and really not a premium title. Or maybe I'm just too used to good ol' classic games that felt more "finished" when released? I know it's custom now to sell out buggy games and patch them along the way.. but darn!!1 point

I think soft battalions are a kind of overlapping in function with control groups. what battalions do, however, control groups do better. Anyway, I don't think roman checkered battle line is recommendable in any game really, not even total war.1 point

Hello, Some idea for fun 1)I would welcome an idea that from 20 minutes of play, the cost of research is reduced by 1% per minute of play. little chance for later player to be strong in lategame. If you want to make the game less repetitive, you will need other ways of playing. Mainly game mods, maps, options to be selected by host. For example more map like danubius / survival / control mid map ffa / one can get ideas on other rts like warcraft 3, age of empire which have a relatively easy to use map editor. 2)The possibility of two players playing on the same player. It can be fun and give more possibilities of microphones management. 3) A mod with battles like in "total war game" where we would send large armies to fight. 4)Sometimes to get bored you can host games with slightly less classic rules. Such as FFA diplomacy with a slightly strange map, a rather large map. Besides there are very nice cards with gaia, would it be possible to have these identical cards without gaia to play them without being annoyed please? I find that increasing the cost of units over time does not make sense, it is a loss of reference in relation to the available resources.1 point

I was playing a team game once as Seleucids from pocket position and I wanted to rock with chariots. So after some booming I am 200 pop and I start to make the chariots. I needed a population space, so I have deleted some women. As I am spending all resources as soon as the get in, I do not have a lot of wood. There are about 80 infantry and 2 women chopping wood and I need the population space. So I grab the bunch and instead of selecting the women from the group, I deselect them and delete the 80 infantry. Since I am low on wood and these units were my wood gathers, I have no wood income to remake them. I end up doing fertility festival to get my population back up, which actually means that after some time I had more women than I had before I started to delete them. The worst, in the end noobdude runs trough my base and after the game he brags how well he has played and how good Sparta is. If I did not delete about 80 infantry, he would not even make it to my base.1 point
