  1. Do you mean the stuff disappearing from the map? Yeah, it's consistent. Steps: pause, save, void. logs1.zip logs3.zip Meanwhile: logs2.zip On the next try Wild Lake generated fine. On Wild Lake and Caledonian Meadows relics still spawn outside the map. savegame-5125.0adsave savegame-5126.0adsave The description of the Arsenal still has the false advertising of those champs even when you're not that civ. @Yekaterina
  2. First impressions: - looks beautiful - is there even less wood on 'Phoenician Levant'? meeeh - I thought gatherers would stay counted; if you look at the replay you'll see my horse being on and off the count - when I pause and save everything disappears from the map??? (Reappears after un-pausing, still...) 2021-06-15_0002.zip
  3. I believe the mod for the stats is called 'NROC'.
  4. I agree, and I'm very much in favor of how it was in a23. "If I can't stop that specific unit from garrisoning I'm not stopping any other units either, instead I will stay back here and maybe shoot at a field or try to capture a house." §$%&! darned NO! Advance you stupid idiot!
  5. @Thorfinn the Shallow Minded Or maybe a more general 'forced click on ground' mode; pretty often when I try to order units to go near/between buildings I find myself trying different zoom or angles so my cursor doesn't get caught by the structures.
  6. Excuse me, but did you think as far as 'B'? Dunno, maybe we theoretically could continue with this scheme if we rely on languages without written vowels...
  7. I noticed several names are not properly displayed in the credits. Personally I wouldn't be able to make more of the Arabic/Persian/Chinese signs, but I think it would be nice for the people who contributed.
  8. Maybe they just have another interpretation of 'support' than your cowardly approach? (Still on a24) Today I just ordered my whole army to capture a CC, and the healers were doing some stupid running around the building, lol. In general I think it's ok if they heal each other, but I'd wish they wouldn't run away while on aggressive stance and that they'd have some sense of priority when healing.
  9. Undoubtedly. Maybe there's some around who could explain what the charm of paired techs is.
  10. Ah, that kinda thing. And it would help the game how? I have the feeling it might be interesting if it was made well, but that it could also easily just turn into a useless annoyance for players, forcing artificial choices on them.
  11. @YekaterinaI think MysticJim has more than one vid featuring you and your siege towers. If nobody else in this thread comes up with hero bonuses and they don't reject your proposal I guess it's fine; I currently don't have a better suggestion either.
  12. Thanks for elaborating. Yeah, I probably wouldn't want my healers near anyway. I know a certain someone who likes to use siege towers; but she probably didn't just create this aura out of self-interest...
  13. Yaunā sounds ok for me. I don't mind the sound of Yggdrasil, but it seems to me a bit a fantasy cliche. I'm waiting for the a25 RC to have a look at it; if it doesn't have connections to Norse mythology or Eastern civs I'm not in favor of names relating to those. And I'm not in favor of names relating to current religions like Yeshua or Y'Allah. But I also don't know if this is a democracy or what's the deal with the closed poll...
  14. Yeah, I was too lazy to look up Celtic Names. But when we have persons like Boudica, Dubnovellaunus, Tincomarus, Cartimandua, Verica, Cassivellaunus... I think it's better to take those than some generic Bridget or Gwyneth (or were there historical influential people with those names?). Sounds like they had some important family members, so why not?
  15. I think it would be nicer to have names with historic relevance; not a 'Peter Smith' or sth like that to lead the Britons.
  16. Soo. You decided to go for skyscraper-sized berry-bushes?
  17. Well, for one of my most important tools I don't even know what it's called: drawing a rectangle with the mouse to catch the units that are inside; very handy then: holding [ctrl] when clicking on a group icon in the selection, i.e. the women, will un-select only those units. But mostly I use control-groups, if I want a sub-set of one I then click on the icon in the selection. If your kids know what an analogue clock looks like I think those numbers are very handy for directions.
  18. I'm sure something could be made out of this. Wouldn't it be wonderfully wondrous if that wonder was built maybe a little earlier by 'our' Xiongnus than widely assumed? Just sayin' it might be less of a stretch to take something they actually had than fantasizing about some tents or wooden horses they might've had...
  19. I just wanted to clarify. I'm not a native English speaker either. [Peace!) Yeah, hm. If we know that Tongwancheng existed, maybe take artistic interpretations on that?
