  1. @Nobbi Thanks for finding this bug, its fixed in the GIT version and some other smōl issues I encountered. Will release 2.6.3 later today and also include a feature to give more control over idle units.

  2. Thank you Langbart for making the mod work for a26. Can you change the row of the allies and your own stats to like it was before on a25? Now, the own resource stats are in between the allies stats again making it harder to look at the own resources. First row would be nice.

  4. Might not be the same as #2, you only define pyrogenesis as executable and not ActorEditor, so no coping might happen for that reason. Just guesswork. Also if the base disto offers wxwidgets 3.2 you might want to opt for that instead, I faintly recall there being a bug / bugs with ActorEditor and 3.0. PS: The multi-call solution is a nice idea

  8. Usually all players need to have the same mod(s) active to avoid oss (I believe some GUI mods aren't affected). I haven't been there before, but alphabetical order really works nicely for 0AD, so here you go: https://mod.io/g/0ad/m/autociv

  9. Can it be downloaded within the game? Some mods got that in a23 and that really helped adoption another big problem is that people want to download mods, but don’t know where. Players with link the mod in MP chat/lobby, but there is no link feature that allows players to copy text. As a result, players see a 100 character link and give up. A /link command, like autociv has, would help get over this hurdle

  10. It's possible to not show any blood (no blood mod) or to have bodies disappear faster; I think autociv mod does that. Maybe have a look at mod.io . hth

  11. I think people need to enable it in MP, then people will see that others have it and download it.

  12. Current official font does not support them. Until freetype is used in a satisfactory quality to use TTF @vladislavbelov we'll have to provide mods.

  13. In DE the Locked Shields formation gives an armor bonus for Hoplites, but also reduces movement by 20%.

  14. For that we need new mechanics in the main game. I guess.

  15. that we plan to do. We haven't decided on the perfect name yet. On the one hand we have periods such as Formative and Early Classic On the other by dominant cities like Tikal or Calakmul(serpent kingdom).

  16. @CovenantKillerJ -I didn't realize it, but @Lopess can change it. You can ask or tell me about the appearance of the units, animals, buildings, icons and other aesthetic things.

  17. I always think "there were ways to make soldiers march faster"; I believe the Romans were famous for that.

  19. I think the reference are from the first century, but since there is also in the game boudica (-60 AD) for the Britons, I included some things from that time for the Mayans.

  20. The game supports running out of the box with the -writableRoot flag. What you can do is backup your old 0 A.D. install, then install the new one. This way you can have both coexisting.

  22. I made a new mod called no-gather (available for a26) Resources accumulate over time, women are champions, and on random maps players start with about 50 infantry.

  23. Related, one of the biggest problems with moving with formations is that the units move at the speed of the slowest unit in the formation. Maybe it would make sense to change that to the speed of the fastest unit in formation.
