Petra needs some work indeed, but maybe you'll have more fun if you up the difficulty. In regards to formations, they are mostly used to gather units that are far away sprint to a certain location, reducing the chance to get hit in the process. So it's more of a dancing mechanic. How about being repaired inside the dock (similar to units).

Medieval ad on 0 A.D. mods all fresh from this week. I have all the flora assets too. But sorting the other mod took me 9 hours so this will have to wait.

Since some days ago Frinsong started to express very heavy opinions about islamic religion in the lobby (it is a religion made by a pedophile, it should be forbidden in the west etc.). Then he started to join matches, write those things and quit. Would be good to ban him. If it is not enough, he even wrote multiple times "add hommini" instead of "ad hominem". Can someone please stand up in the name of islamic people and latin speakers?

What does anyone think about a change that would make it so ships could only be repaired if they were near a shipyard or dock? Instead of the ships having the ability to get repaired by any citizen worker near a shoreline, they could only get repaired by a "healing" aura of a shipyard (like a temple heals units)?

got ddosed 4x today, in a row, even got ddosed, b4 even starting a game, after planning to make an alt acc, and saying this in lobby(so as to avoid ddos, since his program, or he himself cant connect ip with in lobby, player). also read some stuff from lobby, about game crashing issue, prob ddos i assumed.

Look at ChatInput.js and use registerChatSubmitHandler() I suppose. Example in Chat.js, or use the submitchat function in Chat.js To play a sound Engine.PlayUISound("audio/interface/ui/chat_alert.ogg", false); Note to self, one should use soundgroups and not raw sound files.

Found the problem, it was me, a noob thing I guess. The "Caspian" scenario is designed for 2v2 play, so I set the first 2 players, myself and an AI, as team 1. i set the remaining 2 AI's as team 2. I didn't realize this setting carries forward onto other maps, including 2-player only maps. The "team 1" settings stayed for the only 2 players, so no opponents, thus an immediate "you won"!!! I reset the two players to team "none" and all works properly now.

On Sunday we played a team game with all intermediate level players besides Isam_96. Highlights were early game cav rushing with some success and some failure, mid game cs armies getting wiped out, and then late game cav raiding by Isam_96 and Norse_Harold. Despite one rage quit on Isam_96's team, things seemed balanced after that. Wherever Isam_96 sent his mass of 80 to 120 cavalry, death followed in his wake. The challenge for Norse_Harold's team was to create dilemmas exploiting the fact that Isam_96 couldn't be in multiple places at once without requiring excessive micro. Or, they could try to wipe out Isam_96's cavalry, but that didn't seem likely. Watch the replay to find out what happened. I created a video with just the funny moments from the team game. You probably already know but in rev 26906 the game is running but the screen is solid black except for the silhouettes of my troops standing near buildings and trees. The minimap is fine as well as the building and soldiers screens. As an aside, to fulfill my daily fix(es) I fired up A25 again, and I was shocked by the primitive feel and absence of all the QOL features I been experiencing with the SVN version of A26 the past few months.
