I think it's a matter of taste. I would be fine to call an isthmus Corinthian when it has a Mediterranean biome and is only inspired by that location and not a real world map turned into a game map (like Ngorongoro). Anyway, that is all very interesting and all, however I'd like to come back to my point that I don't think "Neareastern" is a good term to use in the game, because - to repeat myself - it is a) eurocentric and b) not a term used at that time.

I don't get how this is bad; I suppose the opposite would be a very specific pronunciation and I don't think that would be better. Probably not. Yeah everyone speaks Mandarin! -

Unless the map settings somehow determined that, the AI behavior is random (it has three presets: balanced, defensive, aggressive). -
No shute, Sherlock! That's also what the message says. I think this (small) war ship should fit next to the dock, that's why I thought maybe the ships have to leave from the front or something. (A bit frustrating, especially since other ships spawned fine.) But yeah, I agree on the ships' size; in fact I've been complaining about them for years...

Music! That was quite frequent. I assumed there were a lot of colloquialisms, misinterpreted words etc., but even then I was quite underwhelmed. I think German/English auto translated subtitles were ok when I saw them, so either Spanish is more difficult, or the text to speech process is different or the commentator just babbled a lot of incoherent stuff.

@Obelix Is this actually a new issue or the old "ele can't enter CC from a corner"? (I don't know if there's a ticket for that, but it's still a problem in a27RC.) -

Vulkan - new graphics API

I had an unsuccessful try with Vulkan on a27 RC with an incompatible driver and the game automatically switched back the backendrenderer, no GUI necessary. Did your game not do that, or did you not give it the chance to do that?
