  1. I have detected another error with the last svn version: the archer unit can't fire. The error is: "archer fires a projectile but no actor on the projectile"...
  2. I didn't specify earlier: the problem is with the chinese houses only.
  3. Thank you, it only says: "engine exited successfully..."
  4. "Much to our regret we must report the program has encountered an error. Please let us know at http://trac.wildfiregames.com/ and attach the crashlog.txt and crashlog.dmp files. Details: unhandled exception (Access violation reading 0x00000004) Location: unknown:0 (?) Call stack: (error while dumping stack: No stack frames found) errno = 0 (No error reported here) OS error = 126 (Le module spécifié est introuvable.)" Before this message, there was a message with "collada" and "missing meshes"...I tried to capture a screenshot of it, but I couldn't...Then a window opened with this message, and the game crashed...
  5. The svn version has a problem: the game crashes whenever I want to build a house. Actually, I can't build houses...
  6. And it's not a hobby for them, they get paid for this. Contrary to the modders from AOK heaven who dedicate a lot of their time making new buildings and units. Well, I've seen that some of the modders have worked on the the two last dlcs, but they really deserved it, because they had already professional skills in their own fields. But it's definitely modders who have kept this game alive for 17 years now, so that new dlcs could be made even nowadays....
  7. In 0ad, all units and buildings are completely unique (except for greeks), so I understand it will take time, much more than AOE2 dlcs, if someone decides to work on these civs...
  8. Congrats Enrique! That's a very good result indeed!
  9. What a splendid statue of Athena! Congratulations! Would you also make other greek gods in the future? And androcephale bulls for persians?
  10. Well, the Khmers could be a full fledged civilization, as well as the burmese (Pagan Kingdom), and indonesian (Sriwijaya, and Majapahit), the Cham is indeed good choice for the Indochina region...but as I said, I'm sure someone will be interested one day, plus if it's not in the main game, it can be done in mods, like the chinese hans...
  11. Yes, I know it's gonna take years. But I'm not in a hurry
  12. Ah ah! I was about to post the same article! Maybe this will give some ideas for your team, about making south eastern asian civilisations?
  13. I hope I didn't sound too harsh, Lordgood. I usually like pretty much everything you do, but I just don't like this menu. I understand that giving an opinion as a player is always simple, but working on the game and trying to improve its content is another thing...I think wowgetoffyourcellphone has explained really well what I meant, so this should give you new directions of improvement
  14. I preferred the old menu background. More static, but more epic. This one is interesting but too cartoonesque for my taste...Maybe it reminds me too much of the pony mod menu...
  15. I actually prefered the old one...Why not making an upgrade for the greek ones? They don't look high enough compared to the other civs (except for the celtic civs)...
  16. Hello, I've experienced an error with the most recent svn version of the game: on the top left of the menu page I've got multiple messages with: "warning: failed to draw cursor 'test' ". These "warnings" are uninterrupting, and despite them, I can load a game, but they prevent me from stopping the game normally. Instead I have to manually stop the game with Shift+alt+suppr. Also I can not load any mod. Anyone can help?
  17. Will there be carolingians in the next release?
  18. I didn't think so...was it? If it is, I'm sorry for posting useless comments!
  19. Now that Alpha XXI is released, maybe we can expect the library to be added in the svn version in a few days?
