It vanishes but the menu is glitchy and unreadable. What version of 0 A.D. did you use to make the mod?

I don't know if its persistent with anyone else, but I get that error consistently when running the latest AppImage of the release candidate with the mod.

Any update on this? I know people are busy with their own life, but I'm excited!

I do have a problem with those upgrades anyway. I just build more storehouses. If you have bigger capacity it just takes longer before I can have the 3 wood I need for the upgrade.

It was based off texts in the last test candidate of A27, we'll probably need to a bit of updating (I know @wowgetoffyourcellphone did some things to the ships), but once Vantha finishes the new UI we'll finish off the Hellenistic civs and get everything added to the game. I don't think we'll be able to finish all the encyclopedia, but we're almost half way done.

I'm kind of hoping that me and @Vanthacan sneak in the new encyclopedia UI and at least some of the new encyclopedia.

Yeah, I think it's an acceptable limit to dress up like a nocturnal flying mammal and fight crime, however a YouTube video mocking the guy probably isn't going to help anyone.

Being into hating someone sounds very unhealthy. Even if they did something horrible like kill your parents.

If we're going with a realism argument, random arrows make more sense. However, if we were going like that, a good arrow hit would one shot the attackers. Even if they weren't dead I'm pretty sure none of us would get up from an arrow in the thigh.

Oh I agree with no political discussion, people have their own opinions, and usually it turns nasty (which is why it gets banned) but that other thing was nasty too. A little bit of joking is ok if it's in good faith. (Like the borg drink joke) but that other thing seemed a bit mean spirited.

I think I'm going to have to agree, how come mentioning covid is wrong, but making fun of a player isn't?

What if instead of a building focusing on only one person, it focuses on a few like 2 or 3?

My favorite sea map was the Caribbean from age of empires III. Everyone would start on a separate island and there'd be another island with treasure on it.

A solid map for sea would help. Currently I think we have one that is needed for naval battles

Maybe the fortress could have a few upgrades to seriously make walls easier to build. I like using fortresses as major defense areas near my walls.

Funnily enough some of the ideas there are similar to the ones I had myself. I’d be willing to help make a tutorial campaign but I’d need an experienced map maker to help + some big time 0 AD players to make sure I don’t forget anything

Well, a tutorial series and then a few campaigns that are written with an effect to shepherd the players into playing right.. I think so, @Vanthawould have to confirm, but basically we could write several articles and put them in a "strategy guide of sorts"

Yeah, I think 18 is now the "universal" coming of age date. 18 is the age when you are legally considered not a minor.

We need a better tutorial, to teach all these tricks. People really shouldn't need to go elsewhere to figure out the game's strategies.
