I agree, I get elephant, ram or catapult stuck in trees everyday lul. already learned me lesson and moving them far from trees. i sometimes get a bug when I click to build a building with 10 unit or more (but mb it happens with less unit as well) and these women or citizen-soldiers just move from one edge of construction to another, i dont notice that and I end with 15 units moving around doing nothing. i was wondering if everyone has this issue cause it slows me a lot
  2. Is there a mod or a way to tell how many units your catapults or swordsmen killed? In game summary I have Siege category (in unit tab) and I see I trained 3 sieges and that I killed 5 sieges and lost 2. But I dont see how many units my sieges (catapults) killed. Same about other units. Im really curious to see how my units perform so I can tell if they are good investment or not. For example I would know if its worth to put iron in mercenary swordsmen or if horses with spears do anything at all, lol
  3. i played 90% of MP games as seleucids they are not underpowered, just slower eco than celtic civs + no sword cav (best siege killer) + no rams (annoying because anyone can select sword cav and rightclick on your catapult and they will die in few hit, rams have much bigger defense, and its hard to kill 30 sword cav BEFORE they kill all your catapults even if you have 50 units around catapults), + no slingers which seem to have advantage over archers and javelins ptolemies are ok but you have to pay iron for horse javelin >.> while 99% civs have it iron-free, and iron is most desired resource in game usually

  6. you get pop bonus (like from houses) from barracks and other buildings and your barracks cost wood only.

  8. unity and unreal are mainstream tools for gamedev nowadays. there are free guides on the net you can also just select a language, some popular opengl framework and just code a game. id recommend it for learning, but in the long run you might want to learn unreal or unity because they handle a lot of stuff for you.
  9. i had very complex army made of like 7 unit types (7 types actively used in battle) and wanted to see if it was worth it, basically i wanted to see if my enemy focused my tank or if they didnt, if that tank was good value for money (and for population slot) or if it wasnt, etc ihave to look closely but afaik i have to relaunch replay then skip first 30mins ffs (even on 20x speed its slow) to the battle. Is there way to go back 1min or 5min? (to see something i could miss)
  10. In league of legends if you lose connection you get 5min waiting penalty. If it happens more you get up to even 1h waiting penalty before you can start a game.

  12. ye people are so scared of losing 11 points that they will act like that lol it kills the mood and annoys really, especially when they try to run with their last woman or cav for 10min trying to make you chase it lol or just leaving/afking it would be good if leaver lost automatically (same about afkers)
  13. Is this the right place to report leavers? Now, this happens quite often, people refuse to resign, pretend net problems or being afk (while still moving units on map running from you in various directions and not replying to you on chat), of course thats after destroying their base.. before they reply no idea how can I win such game, i checked whole map for his units but nothing was found, i also waited 10min or more his nick: Tony921 I have replay but not sure how where is the file or something to attach it (okay i found replay, attached) commands.txt metadata.json
  14. cavalry has a bonus? most cav is either ranged or, if melee, they have a spear not a sword
  15. that thing has too big learning curve just for quick test i tested what i wanted in singleplayer.

Basically i want to give strong unit to enemy and then test the outcome of 1v1 fight with all units of my civilization. but it will make no sense if i attack random enemy units, it needs to be 1v1 and with strong unit. Is there a way to assign already existing unit to enemy in single player?
  17. I have PC and internet good enough to host few games simultaneously but i i think 0ad client doesnt allow that. Is there a workaround for it or somehow? its not nice to turn off server for remaining players but waiting 20-40min is not nice too....
