    The random map is generated but you can select wish kind, like islands or unknow land for example is most random type. the game have scenarios these can be selected randomly. skirmish can be selected same. and random maps.

    The mods depends or needs be same from the version of game A23 only allows A23 "dependencies." so you cant load a22 mod. with a screenshot this can be clear.
