Hey everyone, Thank you for taking the time to vote! I have decided to go with Agni, as Vulcan really felt bland and I think 0 A.D. deserves better. It also starts with an A, which is a lucky coincidence, but I don't want it to be binding, so we'll see what will happen for the next alpha.

I recommend that you install all 4 of these at the same time. But you can choose to install just one of them to suit your needs. Shavedtrees deals with the colours of trees and fauna AbstractGUI changes the interface layout and makes adjustments to projectile colour and various details Bettersound makes alarms and attacks louder Darkland makes the ground dark instead of green. Basically dark mode for eye protection, especially in arctic map. These mods only change the appearance of the game; they do not instantly make you a better player nor do they automate anything at all. This does not happen in minimally competitive games. Some players like cesar like to use turtle, but it is rarely effective, catapults and rams can do the job. 40 minutes of no attacks happen only in extremely casual games. In minimally competitive games, you can end the game in the first few minutes with a cavalry rush for example.

I think I have a fair enough suggestion to turn off the arrow attack on all non-garrisoned buildings, siege weapons and ships. How do you like this idea?

The question supposes that there will be a 1.0 release of Empires Ascendant. Any new things after that would potentially included in a Part 2 or sequel. The plan was always to have a Part 1 and a Part 2. That's not to say I agree with the plan (frankly, I'd just expand Empires Ascendant to 500s AD and include all of antiquity in 1 game, then "Part 2" could be the next 500-1000 years). Just, if the plan is to be carried out, then would you want new features too or just new civs.
