  2. A while ago my a25b was dead; once it worked, then it didn't. I strongly suspect the Epic Games Launcher to be the culprit; apart from regular updates that was the only change to my system and the EGL feels like an overall piece of sheeet. I simply turned it off and on again un-installed 0AD and then re-installed it and it worked again. So no cry for help, I didn't even look at the files, but since I had them I thought maybe some of you might be curious. cheers logs300522.zip

  4. I think there is bug where if water height is much different to terrain height the view rect in the minimap gets rendered out of proportion.

  5. Wall towers don’t shoot arrows anymore. I think one of the main disadvantages to mounting units on the walls is how few can fit up there. I think 20 per wall section would be more useful, and since stone walls are thick I think it could be done with 2 rows of 10.

  6. Not all media-players support .ogg/wav format. Not all people ready to use third party converters, while 99% of them have adware inside. That is why official mp3-archive update wanted.

  7. Screenshot looks fine? Maybe your heightmap is too bright or too dark?

  8. I recreate his methods by doing Atlas screenshots with the solid black background from its actor viewer. Then I do it manually in graphics editing software: 1.) Magic wand or smart select the black background and remove it (making sure that the unit image is still intact) 2.) After that duplicate/copy the cleaned unit image layer 3.) Modify the brightness to 0 (basically turning it to black 4.) Use Gaussian blur effect on the black silhouette layer 5.) Add a new layer above with the glow color of your choice (mine, similar to wowgetoffyourcellphone is close to bronze in the sample) the blurred black silhouette and clip the layers so that only the colors will transfer to the blurred silhouette 6.) Put everything together and add a black background again (reminder that portrait icon dimensions are 256x256 pixels)

  9. After playtesting, yes, this is a bad bug. Units tied to a formation can only seem to attack 1 enemy soldier at a time.
