Just felt like making a topic with suggested tags. Suggestions Google tag [google]answer to life the universe and everything[/google] = a link to http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=answe...G=Google+Search with maybe a nice image or just text of the search query, like answer to life the universe and everything pre tag Works just like the html tag, <pre> It would be nice to be able to post ASCII art or miltiple spaces without resorting to [code ] [pre] 0 spaces 3 spaces 6 spaces 9 spaces [/pre] = <pre> 0 spaces 3 spaces 6 spaces 9 spaces</pre> css tag To use any CSS you like in an elemet [css=something]something else[/css] = <span style="something"> something else </span>

I_W_S, Matt's name sounds familiar because he's been at our message board (the one you were banned from*) before. * long story, don't ask.
-
I was wondering where you went. Good luck with the game.
-
He just like to read the arguments at AOMH because some of them are so silly.

This reminds me of something my friend told me. He said that someone once sold nothing (as in there is "nothing for sale") for $20. That's even stupider than the sandwich. The sandwich might at least be of some use to someone for whatever reason. But nothing? But not by much. Nothing didn't sell for thousands of dollars. -
I_W_S, flame-happy boards may be fun to read, but they aren't fun to be in.

Cool, I Have Reached <variable> Posts !

100 posts in 13 days! Cool! I'm at 600! I'm a Community Addict now. A while ago (before the merger and stuff), I would have thought I'd never go above 400. -
How old are the people here?

I don't know. The poll doesn't group the developers separately. We could have a topic like this in the staff forum if you like. I would guess around the same, as most of the active people in the community seem to have jobs here. -
Yeah, if you look at the background image, two lines is all it will go.If we do three lines, we'll either get white or a freaky repeat of the background, depending on how background-repeat was set. Let's see. Okay, it's the freaky repeat thing.

I told him about WFG ages ago. I just showed him the thing about a vacancy for a historian and he got really excited. (BTW, yes, this brother is the evil one.)

It seems most of the board is in the 16-18 range. -

I don't think I had internet when I used AOK. Well, I'm certain we had it, but I was never on the internet. lol... I remember trying to make scenarios. Was kind of difficult because I had no idea what triggers were or anything. Definitely need to get AOK re-installed sometime to play that mod.

*checks profile* Hmmm.... all your posts are in the 0AD website. There is a forum as well, you know.
-
Community News & Community Crier You probably thought you were in this forum.
-
*bonks self on head* Why do I always forget those things minutes after realizing it?
-
Welcome! This is one of the best communities you can find anywhere. You should enjoy it. Especially since you're interested in Tolkien. You like writing? Maybe you could be a Essayist. The application form is here. http://www.wildfiregames.com/tla/join.html
-
but i guess it was just because posts spam? Makes no sense. Some other people also have been here longer than others. That would also account for the different number of posts. Also, staff members post in the staff forums as well. And some people have more time than others.
-
It should probably be edited to this link: http://www.wildfiregames.com/forum/index.php?showforum=167 That's the view of the entire TLA category. Then we can spread the TLA forums apart and make them more accessible while keeping what Adam wanted.
-
Another step to the old boards. Much more convenient. Especially since the TLA news is up and the new 0AD site is up. People will be wanting to go there more often now to see updates.

lol.... Some people are just insane. -
Cool. I was wondering why this wasn't moved out of the staff lounge. Good to have a list of all the tags. I'm curious. Are those tags that Timbo (or someone else) made or did they come with the forum? I like the header tag. This is nice

Hmm... it was 99,999,999 before... Someone removed the bid then. But still, 67 thousand for a sandwich?
