    now normality is return here... what about ancient Cistern, I'm making a mod from that to include in another mod. little civil building that provide some rural aspects to the game. Cistern can be one of them to a expansion more agressive but with less possibilities to defending, unlike a CC or Colony.

    You can make testudo, archer can fire arrows with flames and burn many things like grass where units are hidden, you can make ambush from grass, explorer can uses their pet to give you some extra info. (dog can spy enemy, falcon can cover a big area). units can use ladders, battalions with formation. auxiliary infantry can make siege weapons, walkable walls and bridges. the towers are neutrals if aren't current units garrisoned inside. ----- the cons were the simple not civil economy. and few factions (3). 2 of them mix of several cultures.

    @Stan` is possible make a semi-transparency glass material. inside will be a little alien floating.

    with machine I call "wevito" (little egg). have four symmetrical legs. two canons. a valve to provide oxygen to little alien inside. little crytal , that is the nucleus of firepower. this unit is ranged only. the conic figure is made by gold or golden. gold have better conductivity.

    adding many things if is possible a expert (someone better than me) making the whole building. you can build this after phase 2 in neutral territory, this represent the power to have a water supply to colonize some provincials areas, "but be careful stranger, the enemy can destroy or capture this easily."

    @borg- here is. I'm developing the concept of poverty and rural for those can't live near of civic center city. concept from Pharaoh and Caesar city builders. instead let them build in neutral territory they can populate a neighborhood around a water supply.

    the legs aren't similar, thr last version are more like claws.
