Civ: Dominate Romans (late Rome)
Lion.Kanzen replied to wowgetoffyourcellphone's topic in Delenda Est
An explanation of why the Romans changed their weapons. Also a summary of all the Roman adaptations. And an explanation of the Roman and medieval periods in terms of weapons. It's in Spanish unfortunately but it explains each late weapon. In short, each weapon is made to combat cavalry raids. -
Mercenary camps and Neutral buildings.

I think it's the second country where it was most popular. It is the second language that I find the most on Youtube where I find the content of this game.- 86 replies

I didn't know creeps came from Warhammer. But it's not surprising since Warhammer is the inspiration for Blizzard RTS games like Warcraft.- 86 replies

Mercenary camps and Neutral buildings.
Lion.Kanzen replied to Lion.Kanzen's topic in Gameplay Discussion
I like the RPG-type idea of the heroes, later I will help develop that idea and the military and gold settlements. Imperivm is not an RTS as such. It is more tactical but the maps can be interesting and I really like the art.- 86 replies

Where in the world are you from? It's rare to meet someone who has played it. This game was generally played by Spaniards and audiences from Eastern Europe and Latin Europe.- 86 replies

The palace of Ardacher PÄpakan, was an ancient fortress now in ruins located on the slopes of the mountain on which Dezh Dokhtar is located. Built in 224 AD by King Ardacher I of the Sassanid Empire, it is located two kilometers north of the ancient city of Gor, i.e., the ancient city of Artakhsher Khwarah / Khor Adashir / Gor Adesheer (Glory of [King] Ardasher) in Pars, in ancient Persia (present-day Iran). Greek Sculptures: Artemision Bronze, Discobolus
Lion.Kanzen replied to nifa's topic in Art Development
There is no representative statue, the cult is very varied. From the Greek point of view, the Ephesian Artemis is a distinctive form of their goddess Artemis. In Greek cult and myth, Artemis is the twin sister of Apollo, a virgin goddess of the hunt, the wilderness and the moon, who, despite being a goddess of childbirth was nevertheless known for her chastity. At Ephesus, a goddess whom the Greeks associated with Artemis was venerated in an archaic, pre-Hellenic cult image[47] that was carved of wood (a xoanon) and kept decorated with jewelry. The features are most similar to Near-Eastern and Egyptian deities, and least similar to Greek ones. The body and legs are enclosed within a tapering pillar-like term, from which the goddess' feet protrude. On the coins minted at Ephesus, the goddess wears a mural crown (like a city's walls), an attribute of Cybele as a protector of cities (see polos). https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temple_of_Artemis -

https://www.worldhistory.org/Cybele/ Finally, another important syncretistic goddess is Cybele. But I don't know which statue is better. -

Another important statue is Mithras the cult of Roman soldiers. This is already Greco-Persian syncretism. He is a god who sacrifices to the sacred bull, an animal venerated throughout the Middle East. -

I like the mechanics of these camps, it has troops taking cover and makes it harder to capture the camp.- 86 replies

Mercenary camps and Neutral buildings.

Mode A is casual mode, to play roleplaying and have fun, discover secrets and feel like a conqueror. Mode B is competitive They will only serve as optional like relics/ruins as win condition or win by score (optional depending on victory conditions). I'm thinking about The Fertile Crescent proposal. Have Orchards: Combining field and farmstead. https://www.imperivmworld.com/aprende-a-jugar/ It is in Spanish and is a guide to Impervm 3 Great battles of Rome. The interesting thing about this guide is that it shows you all the interactive elements of the maps. It has very fantasy and RPG elements but ignoring that it has other very practical ones. Starting from 5, the ideas are very good. It says: 5. Fountain: This map element allows units to be healed when they are placed next to it. There is the well which is similar. Then in that section are the buildings that look like the mercenary camps and the village I mentioned above. The first building is the Teutonic Camp, according to that game it allows you to recruit Teutonic riders, archers and bandits. Another idea that I like is caves...but that is a topic for another day.- 86 replies

Talking about Greek gods. Seated Zeus may work not only for Zeus and Jupiter but also other king deities.
