burzum2 Posted December 31, 2013 Report Share Posted December 31, 2013 Yes In Rome TW legionaries only have limited attack with pilum.In Empire Earth its infinite but takes time to generate.In truth it should be better with Empire Earth concept because in reality legionaries would get supplied with new pilum... For infinite uses you set the number to -1, and other units could have the ability to add X more uses to the ability Y of the specific unit Z. I think the problem lies not with how it should be implemented, but in who is going to get their hands dirty. Again, such simultaneous action would lead to a reduced accuracy and damage.
