Also I won't put blowdart in then. The problem is there isn't a Maya mod readily available, so there is nowhere to implement it. -

This is the standard Zapotec from Terra Magna as it had been in A23 pulled out of its modpack and made into a single civ. It is clearly not on par with other A25 civilisations right now, but perhaps we can add things onto it, as discussed in the other Zapotec threads. If I can get the approval of interested parties, I will add two of my spins to this unique, American civ: 1. Boost the hack attack and cost of Macahuitl Warrior, turn it into champion-level unit (a bit like Skiritai) 2. Add a blowdart unit. I will also be uploading the mod.zip onto mod.io and git, considering the file size is pretty large (around 60MB)

To satisfy both of you I have an idea: Spartan gets 2 champions: a village Spartiates champion and a Town Phase Spartiates Champion. The village one can be a bit weaker than the town phase one. But note that Sparta already has Skiritai, who can be used to push. If they get a spearman that would be perfect. I also gave them a slinger for ranged support during an early push. Should they get archers? @ValihrAnt Do you think other civs should get P2 push options? I feel like Ptol and Persians are the most obvious turtles right now. Ptolemies should get something aggressive other than just camels. Same applies for Persians.

I will do Zapotecs next. The other Aristeia Civs are too fractured, and I think currently there are a lot of discussion about Mesoamerican civs.

@Stan` I have completed the minimal version of this mod, with fully working Bronze age Egyptians and no fancy graphics changes. Should I upload it onto git or mod.io? the file seems a bit large for the forum.

I am just spamming Egyptian building in the atlas editor now. Some can display and others can't. Some are missing mesh files. I may have accidentally deleted some mesh. Lemme fix.

I guess I will rebuild the A25 with Atlas. Hopefully no error while compiling.

The thing is, I deleted the gui folder of Aristeia. I am just adding Egyptian civ. Do you think that solves the problem or created another one?

Ok, good to know. Egyptians are coming along much more nicely. They are basically functional now, with only a few missing bits. What is this though, I think it is related to technology.

Emm are the music tracks original? They are nothing like other 0AD tracks. I hope they are not copied from other artists because Millenium AD contains Antti Martikeinen's music tracks.

OK. I will drop the Myceneans. I think my approach would be to restore the civs separately instead of in a pack, so that people who only want 1 faction can just download the mod for that 1 faction. It is also easier for me ; )

Ok no problem. I might try Egyptians then. Or if you guys would like to see Zapotecs restored first I can also prioritise that. This is 0AD, after all, not 1000BC
