Do you like Nomad game? If not, how do you want them to evolve? I would love to hear your ideas, maybe someone will come here and incorporate them into a future version of the game. The goal is to make the game mode more enjoyable and diverse. 1)A few loose ideas: Research phase: For one minute you cannot build a building. This is to reduce the chance of good spawns and not to be too late if we chose to walk a little before building. 2)Then, the first city center is built 75% faster, in order to increase the pace of the game and compensate for the first minute of the game. 3)Use predefined resources so as not to disadvantage certain civilizations at the start, the resources at the start would be for example: 300 food 800 wood 800 stone 800 Metal SO it like 300 food 300 wood 300 stone 300 Metal after the CC built. Sélucide seems very advantaged but not very serious.... Sometime if no stone you can't build barack fast and you take late or can't make first tech. 4) Nomad ultra alpha mod : you start phase 2 with 40 population(10 womans 30 troops) and tons of ressource (like 1000 of each ressource= 1 cc and some building ), the goal is same but it more speed cuz good population and ressource and phase 2.

For Rome, i suggest keep their identity with no spear infantery at P1 but up the spear unit, rang 3 like skiritai for same cost as skiritai. Rome is pretty good infantery, we need feel it. Than add phase 3 auxiliaries unit (mercenary) : Archer infanterie and cavalerie archer and cavalerie sword (germans or gauls) and later special unit (like master dog or something, master bird for scout) -

Hello, give my vote 1) We need more time to think to new bonus, a lot of idea are in forum. I don't really like wikipedia bonus just about % stats etc. we can find more fun. If we change bonus teams we need do it for long time , not for some month. 4) no understand so i don't vote 5) For me ram are ok, we need keep it can attack by melee unit without big difficulty. Add unit in for boost move speed is useless micro. no fun and no interest. If you want change ram (and orther siege) do it like 0 pop unit and can be move only by garnison, but we need big buff for siege for play them in most little number. 8) Agree with Majima, 1 tech for phase 2 and 1 tech for phase 3 is good. 2 tech in phase 2 or 3 that doesn't make sense. We need see again the cost of phase 3 tech military and maybe little utilitary tech in phase 3 (orther than damage and armor, like range? aoe dammage for melee? ) But for 9) BIG NO, why nerf the only heroe athens viable ? you know athens heros is good but you can't snipe with unit in formation? it broke armor bonus. We need keep good bonus heroe. And ptol heroe is not the most use, we need keep it. it good and fun strategy. And mercenary ptol is good alternative for play differently. 7) i like big cost on healer for don't create meta of healer, than my idea for druid britons is bonus team where druid are produce by 2 for same cost. big interest for create druide. With big cost , it give good advantage to produce druid. -

Hello, thank you for reporting these facts. I am sorry for the events that have taken place. Indeed, quite despicable people are not rejected by anyone because we need people to fill the games. While waiting for a more permanent solution in development, there is a mod to stop seeing messages from unwanted people. I don't really believe it but maybe this player could apologize to you.

Who assigns these rights? and what are the tools of these moderators? Should they be accountable? Maybe we could add 1 or 2 trusted moderators. they must then be accountable for the information they consult or the accounts they ban etc.

No, I mean that the apm required on 0AD is lower than on other RTS. And I find it better. There are still a lot of things done to make unit production easy to launch. It's always a few clicks saved -

I'm not always right of course, but I think beginners are attracted to big armies and fun stuff like elephants. You are right, because spam = big apm = not fun // /but I don't think there is a need for a big apm in 0AD compared to other rts. -

As for me, I have no problem seeing and dissociating the units. Maybe you can put a shortcut on the mouse wheel to zoom in or zoom out. When you are more comfortable with the units during combat you can then take lots of small groups of ranged units to visit the enemy ranged units (watch out for overkill). If you play archer or crossbowman use alt to move your troops back. People are attracted to large numbers of units (especially beginners or people try the game); I believe that by playing 200 pop we are already quite limited on the number of units 300pop = big econony, spam more and make champion easy lol -

Hello, I find the current situation pleasant. Having small armies of 30-50 units at the start of the game (less than 10min of play) or large armies of 100 to 160 units after 13-14 minutes of play suits me. Of course it depends on the maps and if we have been quiet for boom. I like having time to fight, I mean it In fights I like to have time to replace units, bring in reinforcements, bypass. We are far from total war but I find it nice. 0AD does much better than other rts on the duration of fights (for example AOE2 it's really boring and fast). To facilitate the management of your army I advise you to use the groups of units (if you do not already do it) ctrl 1 ctrl 2 etc and use shift for add unit to group. Of course I would like units to be slightly bigger and spaced out when moving. --- One could imagine a MOD 0 AD with a really different game from a military point of view. In Warcraft 3. About twenty units, quite large on the screen, a significant amount of life points. and skills for the most part for a lot of micro management in the fights but it will surely be less charming on the attractive antique aspect. --- A 0AD with battalions can be cool too, to see how it is managed.. A city phase and city development then a battle phase in the middle of the map in battalion mode.. a mod already exists? -
