  1. ( plastic tree as well ... but it looks quite realistic ... so, I do,n't mind
  2. ( I know people are goind to say that I am exaggerating, but in Paris or London, you can tell who is an American and who is not (Canadians look like Europeans actually ...) ... you may think that I am teasing you all, but I promise you it's right ... especially when they start talking Apparently, it is nto a good time being an American in Great Britain ... there were bullies and attacks over the last few months ... not from non-European minorities in England, but from young well-educated people (25-35) who physically and morally harrass American people ... that's really stupid! If I can find the reference on the Internet, I will post it. I read that in the newspaper "The Independent" ...
  3. ( I was just kidding Yiuel ... I was just being sarcastic
  4. ( Yeh, I wonder who that is ... if ever there is the 31+ here, please post it ...
  5. ( sorry for disturbing Yiuel ... we, 25-27, promise we will not vote in those polls any longer ... for normal statistics ...
  6. ( I have just noticed that I am the first "non-staff" poster ... except chichigrande who used to be a staff anyway ... Hail to Myself
  7. ( Welcome aboard Michael, Lord Darkstone hope you will feel like at home in here.
  8. ( that was a nice thread I started ... nice information guys ... thanks a lot!
  9. ( that's all right guys ... in France, a pack of cigarettes is at least €7 ... and £10 in England. That is why many people near the borders go to Belgium, Italy or Spain to buy cheaper cigarettes ... But I do not know the price of "raw" tobacco, but I reckon it is cheaper ...
  10. ( I have never checked my rank ... *checking* I am 15th on the list, just above ZeZar ... and behind Mythos_Ruler ... interesting, interesting ... I have also noticed that 281 people registered here have never posted ... even once ...
  11. ( OK, well, thanks for the reply ... I thought civ characteristics were over, that is why I suggested such a thing I understand better now.
  12. ( I was surfing on TLA's website and I read the Features for each race ... I then tried to find the equivalent on 0AD, but I could only find the pictures showing the different buildings and units ... wouldn't it be nice for people surfing on the website to have a look at what units and buildings are available for each civilisation? the same way (or a similar way) TLA did it with the First Age Features .... I just found it rather confusing to go back and forth to every single picture for all the units and buildings of a given civilisation ...
  13. ( Nice to see you these days ZeZar don't worry, we all have other Real Life © issues ...
  14. ( Just for me, yes ... as I did several other ones which I have never shown in here ... out of pure modelling pleasure ... Anyway, I will stop modelling those, and I will try modelling other things which I saw on another website
  15. ( Well, I have done my Persian Civic Centre and here it comes with shadows and all ... my only concern is that it is over 2000 polys ... Whatever
  16. ( hi Rider girl So, welcome to this ladies community ... where 90% of members are guys
  17. ( yes, it is ... and I am doing the Civic Centre at the moment ... 70% done.
  18. ( Welcome, and glad that there is another Tolkien addict joining the WFG community.
  19. ( indeed, that is why I did not edit my post ... had I edited it, nobody would have noticed it, and the links would still be wrong ... hence my new post. Thanks Argalius to come to my rescue
  20. ( Sure I will try the Civ Centre ... well, the poly count is rather low ... lemme check right now.............................. House 1 - 202 polys House 2 - 260 polys House 3 - 150 polys Health Centre - 676 polys Resource Centre - 610 polys Tower - 356 polys Farm Stead - 264 polys and the Greek Stone Tower is 394 polys. Anyway, I am glad you liked it and I will surely make highpoly versions of those.
  21. ( I think they do reflect the Persian way of life ... they look like modern Casbah in North Africa, which is perfect ... thanks by the way
  22. ( Thanks ... I have to find somebody who can make a nice skin for those ... PS: I have just noticed that I included a Greek Stone Tower which I had done a few months ago ...
