    The concept was mentioned before. A Neutral building is non-buildable structure and don't the architecture influence by any faction, isn't relative to any, is only a usable building if is captured by a player. in this new building you can train eyecandy units. slaves from all cultures.     I'm thinking in a building special for some maps called Slave Market when you can start train slave women and men, buy tamed wild animals, like lions, tigers. would be nice in my map called Batlles into the dirt. I need a nice concept art. For this building.

    Can be nice see where mostly RTS like AoE, in Argentina and Spain are sacred as the CS Go. my country(region) appears in Aoe 2 and 3 mentioned and as map. Can be nice Niektb guide, they are like our greatest lead in Council of Modders. We copy the form to make mode by Scion Studios ( original owner from Rise to the east) , and they based their method in main developing, that start with a design document.     The problem is the horse don't react to pain, die instantly. Why the horse don't reac to paint for example a spear or a pike. there fine if the hit is very strong like mace hit or catapult hit.

    needs some quick tips about speaking for media like radio, in Spanish we call this Locución, but I don't found a properly english termonology.
