I made the head like the one's i posted before from scratch using as reference the other head, but made it with less polygons also i adapted the uv's to match the actual head textures, but it stills need eyes textures. and the hair/beard could be made apart for make it look more realistic. @stanislas69 @wackyserious1 point

Beautiful game, and a dream game for any girl/guy that loves history/roleplaying/and the feeling of the past. One gentleman mentioned higher grass and,I do agree that higher grass would be lovely, and also you can hide in the grass in war,and using sneaky tactics. Imagine an army of archers hiding in the grass ready to ambush ? How about we can capture our enemies, and use them as serfs to gather our resources so more soldiers can fight ? How about we can make traps, and use them in combat ? I love the idea of the war dogs heh That really adds to more power, and more aggression in war. I will come up with more ideas but so far this game is very fun/playable,and it's the game I always wanted in a RTS. TY1 point

would be nice is the skybox was either cylinder shaped by option or for even more realism dome-formed, is the skybox a 3d model file somewhere in the game directories? what file must I edit to distribute a edited skybox? and would making a cylinder formed skybox be possible? or even a orb or dome formed skybox? Or perhaps its even possible to let the game render an animated sky like the dds file I attached with 2 transparent cloud layers and a background layer for atmosphere color? the background could be a simple gradient image DSky0-71.dds1 point

ah I managed to display the skybox, if the map is circular, why is the skybox square? and why are the borders of the map crossing to the skybox still black? is it possible to make the skybox circular like the map itself? @elexis Ps: is there somewhere a mod that has stonehenge for this game? Ps2 (Lol haha ): where are the skybox textures located? can't find any files with the cloudnames1 point

Hello, Was hosting a 4v4 yesterday: all units in game froze around minute 20 as a player attempted to join as an observer. The error message was something about the player joining on turn "1710, but expected turn is 1752." Replay attached, but I can't find the log. Will look again for other logs/files if anyone can provide instructions. roland_desynch_replay.zip1 point

So either the described TurnManager error was irrelevant to the game not progressing and a different bug made the game stop, or there is a different callstack than the previously reproducible one that might somehow break the NetServerTurnManager cleaning up (and thus not waiting anymore for the next turn of that client). For 1: the game only progresses as long as all clients are ready for the next turn. But one client might still be connected to the game, but it's network connection is so bad that it stalls the entire game without being notified (could probably only happen under extreme conditions). For 2: We have old logfiles in the ticket, but it's too much data without a specific indication as to what caused the error. With good knowledge of the turnmanager code one might be able to discover unreported bugs that may coincide with the bug described here.1 point

It is not mandatory to have a system very demanding in click. Actually in my vision, it was something for defensive players that cannot expand fast enough against some factions. Focusing on the exploitation of one or two resources and investing in infrastructure to maximize capital gain and to buy the others resources. With the risk that the manufactory buildings could be raided. If there is an automatic production system (continuously producing goods and consuming resources) the player needs only to transfer the product to the market with a caravan. If the building is raided, the enemy could win a bonus in money. It is an inspiration from the situation of the Ancient Greece where they needed to export goods to import enough food. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Economy_of_ancient_Greece http://eh.net/encyclopedia/the-economy-of-ancient-greece/1 point

I desperately want to update the mod download to version 2, because I've fixed a ton of problems. The archiver is killin me though.1 point

The program might need a certain amount of consecutive free memory, but the memory might be fragmented. (For exampel if 8GB of 16GB are free, but it's 1MB free and 1MB allocated, one can't allocate one chunk of 2 MB). One could find out at which place the OOM occurs in bahrain.js (by adding a warn("hello world")) after every statement and thus see which memory allocation fails (probably some array creation).1 point

Right, good point about the Companion Cavalry. Exactly, something along these lines. My point is that it would be nice to have a clear focus for each civilization. E.g. have each civilization focused on either infantry, cavalry, archers or a combination of these. This is already kind-of the case by civilizations having access to different units but I feel this should be emphasized even more by perhaps some additional bonus techs or slightly different base stats.1 point

@(-_-) You'r right . After I test my custom size of map. It took me a loooong time during the mapgen . And sometimes will get a fail gen(I am still figuring what's wrong). Anyway ,it is hard to build a super large map... But I hope it can be simple in the future. Because I am planning to make a ww1 mod, with bigger weapon, railwaygun warship...etc. Btw,do u know which hardware be used during mapgen?? I found that only few core of cpu deal with that...1 point
