We have a 5 bedroom house, and here all of the bedrooms are about the same. It is probally a little over 500,000 for a 5 bedroom out here. Or about 36 sq mHum ... a little correction is necessary here ... 11ft x 11ft = 121 sq-ftfine ... but 11ft = 3.3 mso, 3.3m x 3.3m = 11 m²121 sq-ft is not 36 m² ... you just divided by 3 (roughly) ... whereas you have to divide by 9 ...36 m² means your room is 6m long and 6m wide ! double as what you said !36m² = 240 sq-ft (roughly)Sorry to correct, but I think it was necessary here. Area-->m to the power of 2, divide by 3*3. Volume-->m to the power of 3, divide by 3*3*3). Well, that put it all back into perspective.
