We have a 5 bedroom house, and here all of the bedrooms are about the same. It is probally a little over 500,000 for a 5 bedroom out here. Area-->m to the power of 2, divide by 3*3. Volume-->m to the power of 3, divide by 3*3*3). Well, that put it all back into perspective.
