I voted shooter but strategy and rpg are very close. I like games that suck you into it, like Mafia for example. Must have a great story, almost no limits and look very realistic. Mafia is pretty close but after you finished the game you end up with a boring free ride mode that could have been more interesting if you could actually enter buildings and interact more with people. GTA3 is better in that area but I don't like the graphics that much (well nothing will actually beat Mafia I guess). Call of Duty is also such a cool game but you can't really do much besides completing your objectives. Not enough story and too much shooting imo.

Well if you can really feel it does bad to your health you have a good reason though, like your uncle's hand. So yep, I agree 100% with you Bobby, a reason is probably the most important thing to make you quit. CO, actuall I meant the best way is doing it "cold-turkey"

Slavemarket was some kind of trigger trick scenario, which was the first thing I made and submitted online. Didn't get a review I think, but 7000+ downloads. The Guy Josselyne Campaign was my first real scenario. The best accomplishment (read: worst) I got with it was causing some kind of childish flame war Next to that it got a 3.8 rating and a 4.6 I think. And of course it was one of the things that made people join my design team back then, AoK Dragon (now DGDN). I'm quite proud of The Tale of Minothar. I never really finished it, but I won the Mapper 2000 (European map design contest) for AoK with it (I didn't have much competition though ). It was rated 4.4. The last thing I can remember is Minas Dragon, my submission to the pretty town contest. Never won a prize, but received very good comments and an average 4.2 rating I think.

Same here. I've been smoking for about 4 years now, but not as much as you, probably 10 a day, sometimes less, sometimes more. I think the first thing you need to quit is wanting to do it. Not just wanting, but really wanting! It might sounds strange if you don't smoke, but it's not that obvious. It's a bad habid, and we know how hard it is to get rid of one. I asume you smoke filter cigarettes? The least you can do is quit that and roll your own. No, not with a machine, but roll them yourself. This helps me to not smoke more, since rolling one takes time (well now only 10 sec for me ). It's also a lot less expensive and less bad for your health. Imo filters should be forbidden, once you've tasted the difference you'll notice how really bad they are. The smoke looks thick and blue-ish, it stinks a lot more, the paper used is a lot thicker, it has all kind of chemicals and perfumes in it, etc. Things you won't find with normal tobacco. But this is not a manifest to make rolling your cigarettes look good. In fact it's still really bad, but maybe a small step closer to quitting. The best way though is being hard with yourself (I can't, but I hope I will someday). Just quit and don't touch them anymore, that's the only sollution. You might want to consult a good doctor though. [post previous reply edit] My father, his father and both my brothers smoke(d). Yep, family and friends who smoke will make the step to doing it a lot easier. I guess that's how I got hooked on it (although almost none of my friends smoke now). The less smoking system works for some people, but from experience I haven't seen anyone capable of doing it. A friend of mine did it this way, he quit for 3 months and started again. Another friend who really quit just did it and is now nearly 1 year smoke free.

When I was 4 or so I was busy drawing. I just had a new sharp pencil, and like kids like to do, I stuck it in my mouth. With the pencil in my mouth I was jumping around being proud on what I had, and suddenly BANG I crashed on my face. The pencil must have been really sharp since it penetrated my cheeck, even now I still have a scar a little bit above my chin. Well that was pretty much it. I don't know why that's the only accident I had, I did all kinds of dangerous things like climbing trees and such, but nothing much happened. Too bad

I base my opinions on the first movie. I've given it a 4. Generally the idea is pretty good, but not new. Personally I like watching an action movie once and a while but I don't regard it as quality. And The Matrix is too much of an action movie with almost no interesting story. I agree it was something different though, it's nice they make a movie with some philosophical background, but they vulgarised it a bit too much (which is of course natural if you want to sell the thing).

Hey, every man has to behave like a 7-year-old once and a while, that's why we play and will always continue to play computer games The thing I most hate is probably physical violence used when they can't handle it mentally anymore, and sometimes lack of responsibility (imo women are far superior in that area, no wonder they say there's a strong woman after a succesfull husband).

That's the Lotr RTS game right? I played the demo, sucked horribly and looked like a WC3 clone. I don't know why people actually make games like that, seems it was all about the money.

Lol Stephen, akya is a women Yep Michael, I've been a victim of such packs myself for about 2 years. I've also had problems with guys, but the stereotipical woman is a lot worse. They won't use physical violence, but they'll keep pestering you until you go down, and even continue after you've given up. You're absolutely right that if you have a problem with one of the 'members' of the pack, they'll all get you, even if they have been so-called friends. But I should also note that men aren't better, nor worse. We both have our little mistakes and our good sides.

Check this out Wijit. HG has been in a financial crisis for a pretty long while, you might want to read more on that at the main HG site. And frankly I don't think that people should complain that much. I agree that they did it the wrong way, people should be notified about it a few weeks before.

I like the forum network like it is now. Otherwise there would be too many boards listed, and it's better to have a whole lot of forums you're interested in, instead of even more of which some aren't appealing to you.
