Dear all,
I've made a little Python program which extracts the chat history of players from the mainlog.html. This gives you a record of who said what during the game and in the lobby. Even if you were a player, you can see the spectator chat using this.
All of the chat history, commands received and program outputs are contained within mainlog.html, but this file is very large and messy to read. This is why I made a program that is dedicated to extracting the chat part.
The future improvements will be automatically matching the player ID to the names so that it's more intuitive to read; it would also be possible to see at exactly when each message was sent / received.
To use the program, copy it to the same folder as your mainlog.html and run in console. An example output:
The /allies marker means the chat was sent to the sender's allies. Similarly for /observers. Lobby chats and game setup chats will be recorded as well:

Strangely, it is always the Germans who are hyper sensitive to any sign of Nazi or anything that evokes Nazi, not these victim countries. Maybe it's because of the language barrier? For example i saw that Wendy of Israel doesn't really care about JC's Nazi remarks but it's the German specs who get super mad.

Seems like an undefined parameter or some parameter that the game cannot recognise. Maybe check your starting condition files and the civ files, especially the section which talks about Starting units.

JC should check balance and remove cosmic teammates before the game starts, instead of complaining at the end.
Regarding appreciation for Nazi and Hitler, he should keep his thoughts to himself and not express them in 0ad lobby. There are many Germans here who will be emotionally upset by this topic.
I myself consider Hitler as purely a historical character, similar to Scipio Africanus or Vercingetorix. I'm not offended if he expresses his appreciation for nazi or Hitler. But one must consider how the German players would feel.

@G.O.A.T I have also suggested many times you should add a short explanation for each account, but you are still ignoring me. A simple example:
Yekaterina = güzel_kiz (because same IP and similar playstyle)
This makes people feel less insulted and there will be less hate.

What exactly are you reviewing? It is a known fact that weirdJokes is not PhyZic. You should remove it immediately. Keeping that line for any longer is an insult to him, because it is a metaphor. It suggests that you and your sources think that weirdJokes has all the traits of PhyZic, or at least they are similar - not desirable traits.

Your comment suggests that you support weirdJokes' accusation. I also interpret that as an personal aggression: at the bare minimum, you are using a metaphor to imply that I am as horrible as Shyft. I've never met you or talked to you before in the lobby so it was not just.
Your smurf list is not just an opinion but a conjecture. You likely traced people's IP in order to obtain those. The accounts which I have used only once was listed without error, but the accounts which I play often with were not on the list, because I used a VPN when using these frequent accounts. An account which I created but never played with was on the list (I didn't use a VPN when logging in), which suggests you are tracking my IP. Why don't you use this tracing tech to see whether I am actually Shyft? I don't know whether this act is legal in Bangladesh but tracking IP without concent is certainly a violation of data protection acts of both the UK and the EU. Since you are spreading this list (actually a list of victims violated by you) on the forum, I believe the manager of the forum @Stan` who lives in the EU should interfere.
As I have pointed out before, your list is not perfect and has some major errors. For example you put some of my accounts into berhudars list and his into mine. There are also names under my list that I have never seen before or clearly aren't me.
You should also apologize to weirdJokes for identifying him as PhyZic. You are calling weirdJokes a rude person in writing that in your list. That's also very offensive and it is certainly wrong.
@MarcusAureliu#s please elaborate more on EU law and PhyZic's offenses.

Not exactly the same street. The A501 is a long curved road that connects many parts of London, including mine and St Pancas. I'd expect him to be somewhere down a smaller alleyway but not far from the main A501. An analogy would be road 96a of Berlin - I'd be at Wrangelkiez and he'd be at Pranzlauer Berg. Both are connected by the same road but quite far in distance. Nevertheless he lives in Reading now - I pass that city every time I go to university. It's a major transport hub in Britain. Reading is about 70km from where I live

Perhaps I underestimated him in my first game with him. I won a battle against him easily because he had fewer units. Even as a teammate he was slower than me at booming (at that time)

I didn't suddenly return. I had been in the lobby for some time gradually and gradually but I didn't see you at all. Maybe we narrowly missed each other because of community mod?

I do have many other hobbies and commitments so I can't hang in the lobby all the time like last year.
In conclusion, I feel very sad that the 2 of you think I'm Shyft, because that is a serious accusation as it suggests that I'm as abominable as him and unwanted by the community. The accusation has hurt me so much that I was unwilling to even look at the forum until tonight, after my friends encouraged me to speak up. The fact is, there are many British 0ad players; Shyft is only one malformed individual of this wonderful nation. I hope that you will not discriminate against the entire UK just because of this one shoddy product. In the meantime, I thank @BreakfastBurrito_007 @real_tabasco_sauce and @rossenburg for speaking up
@Player of 0AD if you are still convinced that I am Shyft then we should escalate this to @Norse_Harold (lobby moderator) and @Stan`to discuss how to resolve this.
And @G.O.A.T I don't know what's up with you or what you have against me. You seem to be following me around and dropping in random comments calling me smurf. Since you only exist on the forum, would you like to raise your concerns regarding me to @Stan`? If you believe that I have mental health conditions then I'd appreciate it if you can recommend me a psychiatrist.

Let me tell you a very interesting story, a story of how Shyft_Sierra evolved to what he had been. Hopefully this story will prevent potential toxic players like him from appearing.
It was winter 2021-2022 when I first met him, not too long after the release of A25. He was a cosmic noob who had just joined the lobby. I took no notice of him at the time; he was just a quiet cosmic, not toxic at all.
I played 0AD very frequently in April 2022. This was when Shyft_Sierra became very active. At this point, he was a 1400-1500 who swore frequently in games, although not directed at anyone in particular. I learnt that he was living in St. Pancreas, up the same road as me, then he moved to somewhere near Reading, a major transport hub in Southern England. In the meantime, I was undercover as Sevda in Reza math's discord server. It was a toxic place with both 0ad players and Wesnoth players. I quit as Yekaterina because of the harassment, especially talks about genocide and pornography. I hoped that I can maintain contact with Reza and certain other players through the server without being harassed, by pretending to be an adult male. Somehow they were still talking about Yekaterina one year after she left, with the main topic of discussion being farting on Turkish men, led by a particularly dirty minded Wesnoth player named Golubyie. The turning point occured soon after: shyft_sierra joint reza-math's discord server. This was the beginning of a disaster.
One day, Sevda said to Golubyie "why are you so rude and toxic?" Golubyie subsequently claimed to be the most toxic troll on the server. This unsettled Shyft, who was also online at the time. Shyft immediately claimed that he is the most toxic person in that server, more so than Golubyie, who was only obsessed with farting and BBC at the time. They started a toxicity contest.
As an observer of this contest, I can only comment that the offensiveness of their chat escalated quite quickly. Shyft learnt many new insults and disgusting concepts from this Golubyie and immediately applied these new "weapons" on his master and competition Golubyie. Eventually they became irrevocably toxic, even attacking Reza, as well as being impossible to communicate to, so Sevda quit the server.
Due to work experience, study and other personal matters, I ignored them for some time. In August I rejoined the lobby and played a bit. Almost every time I saw Shyft or some other smurf account of him, he was extremely insulting. Interestingly, his language largely resembled Golubyie; many of his insults were either copied or adapted from Golubyie. His lexicon was not original; Golubyie had much influence on him and "taught" him to become the most toxic person in 0ad. JC is no match in comparison to this pair.
The next time I joined the lobby was November 2022, after 3 months of inactivity. The first thing I came across was moohawk. He was a very strong boom and push Gaul player. At this point he didn't target me because I was spec, but I saw him typing f word in the lobby quite often. This was the last time I saw him.
In January 2023 I returned as beyazkurt. Words say that Shyft has been perma banned since December 2022. Sadly, on the second game I played, Grr, aka 01180... Or Cedric O, decided that I am Shyft and suddenly banned me mid-game even though I was his ally. His reasoning was that I was Gauls, made many ranged units and asked for help frequently, all of those were typical features of Shyft. Then this Grr went everywhere claiming that I am Shyft and asking hosts to ban me. Fortunately, I was able to establish a relatively calm communication with him in the lobby and eventually we got along after resolving the misunderstanding.
The PTSD of Shyft still exists now. Sometimes I still get recognised as Shyft if I play as the Gauls. Luckily my favourite civ now is Spartans, so let this Shyft be forgotten in history...

I kept telling DoctorOrgans to go to the other side, as I was confident that I could hold Cesar + H.Herle alone, given the camel rush which weakened H.Herle more than it did me. I made 12 spear cavalry which terminated his camels eventually. Cesar's turtling tactics would stop my advances on this side but his investments in garrisoning buildings suggests that his attacks would be easy for me to defend against.
However, DoctorOrgans refused to go to the other side and instead kept yelling at me "U MAKE RAMS". After the game, his justification was "no point in helping noobs, they will die anyways". Rams would not hurt Cesar because he was turtling with swordsman inside towers and fortresses; the only way to siege him is catapults. On the other hand, Decger and Juarca's wounded army would not have survive DoctorOrgans' 141 prime specimen Spartan infantry, if he had arrived in good position.
It was unfortunate that I had absolutely no hunt or extra anything; the back woodline was initially out of sight and out of reach in village phase, which forced me to risk a forward woodline.
Sad game but very entertaining video!

@guerringuerrin there is an unit silhouette option in the default game which allows you to see the units under the trees. But this just removes everything that can distract you so that you can work out the most efficient position of storehouses and whether a woodline is safe

The reason why we have 2 different garrisons is because they correspond to completely different codes. The garrison inside removes the unit entities and increased the garrison counter of the building by one, so there is no way you can hurt the units inside since they don't physically exist anymore. The jump garrison just fixes the units' position at some given coordinate. It prevents the units from chasing or running away. The units entities themselves are not deleted so they can be hurt.
When you just select a group of units, the game can't guess whether you want to jump garrison or garrison inside, so there are 2 buttons for you to choose. Note that in vanilla 0ad buildings either allow just garrison inside or jump ontp a wall, but in some mods there are additional things where you can either jump onto them or garrison inside. One such mod was my naval mod for A24 where you could choose to jump archers onto a ship's deck but garrison spearman inside the ships' cavity.

@MarcusAureliu#s somehow you play like A23 and you make it look like A23 with the loose formations
My piece of advice is, when you are fighting, supply from the barracks one at a time, don't do batches of 4 spearman. You were floating 4000 wood so just build 8 more barracks / stables and you will have a endless reinforcement.
Also you should keep your main army together, then overwhelm noobdude and weirdjokes with numbers. Miners are enough to defend rushings at base.
Melee upgrades are important, don't ignore them. Especially when you are fighting against Khosrov champ spear cav.
