  1. This fixes the rally point flag problem as expected. Relieved, don't have to post a video of the error.

Also, some remnants from Delenda Est can still be seen, such as the specific name of the battering ram is in English instead of the expected "Krīós". The name of the Sacred Band can just be called "Hieròs Lókhos" as there are no other Grecian sacred bands as far I as I know.

Looking at the main game, the Athenian battering ram still uses the Spartan actor (i.e. using the Lacedemonian aspides) since game-wide rams were implemented. This was corrected in DE.

  2. Captured horse's mane issue:

The Scythian training ground cannot garrison archers, therefore no experience trickle. Archery ranges and stables for other factions do not produce experience as well, is this intentional and will be removed from the barracks?

I think we can give Alexander II some bonuses to do with recovery in desperate situations and healing. Perhaps something like units within 60 meters of him gain 2 hp per second and women can build 30% faster (useful if your cc is knocked down).

Alexander the Molossian was the founder of Epirotes and rebuilt Molossian tribe, therefore we can give him some eco bonus. He also fought bravely against the Lucanians so we can also give him an attack bonus.

Kath, I had a suggestion before yours in the Hero Upgrades thread:

@wowgetoffyourcellphone, Alexander I can have auras pertaining to enemy mercenaries as he fought against Italic tribes. Alexander II to friendly and allied mercenaries since he was likely allied with the Aetolians in retaking Epirus.

Alexander I should not have the thureos skirmisher and Galatian swordsman as the oval shield has not been introduced to Hellenistic warfare yet. Suggest peltastai and Thracian as replacements. The faction can be divided into pre-Hellenistic and Hellenistic era subfactions, with differing unit rosters:

    Pre-Hellenistic:

    • Epirote hoplite
    • Epirote peltast/Lucanian skirmisher
    • Prodromos cavalry skirmisher
    • Thessalian lancer
    • Illyrian or Italic spearman
    • Illyrian swordsman or Thracian rhomphaiaphoros
    • Cretan archer
    • Allied Greek or Ilyrian light cavalry
    • Chaonian hoplite (or hypaspist)
    • Molosson hippeus (bodyguard cavalry)
    • Heroes: Neoptolemus I and Alexander I

    Hellenistic:

There should be another non-Punic War Roman hero like Scipio Asiaticus, which gives a bonus to capturing buildings. Have you thought of putting Marcus Aurelius as the fourth imperial hero?

Also, still bothered by Iphicrates using a Thracian pelta instead of a small aspis or round pelta. Since he did reforms on making hoplites lighter, why not re-make the Stoa theurophoros (champion javelineer) into something like this:
    Iphikratous-Peltastai-Iphicratean-Peltasts.jpg
...which is basically just replacing the helmets and from theuroi to round pelte or a phalangite aspis. The aura can be all infantry skirmishers/javelineers in his formation or range have a speed and damage boost.

  5. In Seleucus' and Ptolemy's time, thureoi were not yet introduced to Hellenistic warfare; that would be the around the time of Pyrrhus's Italian wars.

So if you choose Seleucus, the thureos spearmen should be replaced with hypaspists and skirmishers with akontistai. Maybe the former can have a fourth rank (like the centurion) which wield silver shields. These make sense since you already put Macedonian pikemen if you chose Ptolemy.

Appreciated if you added the supporting walls on the right in case a player builds this in uneven terrain such as a hilly area? We don't want to see semi-floating bricks again.

@Lion.Kanzen, do you have the shield and winged lions ready? The light-blue part can be the player color.

  7. Looking good, @m7600! The surrounding plants are overkill though, are they part of the palace or your own artistic appeal?

Will this be the future pre-Hellenistic Macedonian wonder, or a palace special building like the Persians?

Also, I got an "Unrecognized phase (phase_city)" warning while reading the Mausoleum and Stonehedge information on Atlas. Is this normal? The rest of the wonders have no warning attached though.

1- outpost is more realistic now but it needs vision update too.

suggestion: for "vision update by 100 wood" better to increase height of the outpost (like tower update) to make it more realistic.

I prefer upgrading the outpost to a sentry tower-like stone (or more wood) building, as in Delenda Est.

2- decreasing number of women on fields.

suggestion 2: why corrals are steal useless? i think better to put a button in corrals that make sheeps automatically (and also a button to pause this ability) it leads players to use it more.

Agreed, there should be a production trickle or related idle command.

5- different languages for any civ that makes the game more realistic.

suggestion: idk about other languages but some of persian phrases are ridiculous.

for example "bale in chie ? بله این چیه؟ "

this phrase means "yes! what is it?" that does not make sense. it makes me laugh.

or "amade   آماده " that means "ready" but this word is a public word. better word is

"befarman  به فرمان" that means "ready for commands".

also the phrase "sarbaze shoma سرباز شما" for women should be removed because it means "your soldier" and all know women are not soldiers.

The language choices for the Achaemenids were supposed to be Old Persian and Avestan, the latter probably exclusive to the magi. I believe these are just placeholders until a willing voice-over can produce the needed sound files.

You mean no siege engines in the Roman siege camp?

    Thanks for your comments!

...let me just organize the files and commit this for the Seleucid Horse Archer.

So what cavalry archer (citizen/mercenary) will Alpha 25 be in the Seleucid roster: Dahae, Parthians, or Scythians?
