i guess the head is slightly small, but the size is ok as @Lion.Kanzen in the meantime while enrique come. the skeleton and animations can work on any other mesh similar to the horse, it will need only be adjusted to have the new mesh to the skeleton

that's for test the animations, the only xiongnu props they are using are the bows, arrow and quiver. but the animations are specially for them i couldn't imagine nomads with the actual cavalry animations

esos detalles, ya yo tengo el arco con la forma de la primera página del post, sacado a la semejanza pero las texturas que hay para el quiver basico no le quedan tan bien que digamos

after checking a lot of angles and following the bow direction, i found that this is the most suitable animation for the arrow fire at 90 degrees the bow, start clipping all the path to the pose with the horse, or the arrow, clipping the head.

its the same size of the unit, maybe is the horse too small

i think that too, but i guess is just the head small, also i think the belly is like the horse is not being feeded.

didn't tried yet make again the specular/normal, even the basic texture has lost the alpha channel textures.

Edit: going to try from the begining, already exported a meshed skeleton At least i can use the mesh with textures

Still same "Boned" bug, i will try later with a new skeleton to see if it is the armature

something like this ocurred with the trebuchet, but i managed to fix it, but this isn't working. @stanislas69 if it won't work i'll start again with a new skeleton following the same pattern. New_horse_ 2.blend

So there's like 16 animations ready, but the skeleton is the one failing. maybe i wrote the skeleton.xml file bad or is something else making it crash
