  1. That's great! However, will this mod be available to everyone? Because, currently I can't play with it.
  2. I thought about it, and I think it would be good to have musician and standard bearer units in the game. They could serve as a means to implement formations (same system as in the cossacks games). It also give a real addition in terms of immersion in the battles. I think the greek musicians could use the double flute: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aulos Here is an example of roman battle standards: I really think it would benefit the game, if it's feasible.

  4. Hello! I wondered if there was a possibility to re-insert in the game the former wonder (placeholder) of the carthaginians. Indeed, the iberians have kept their golden bull statue, and use them to boost their moral/attack. I think the little carthaginian monument which used to be be the wonder, could be used in the same fashion giving for example a protective/ healing aura to its surroundings. What do you think?
  5. Hi everyone! I don't know if the topic has already been discussed but I wondered if you could implement Julius Caesar as a hero for the romans. There are three main reasons for this: first, he is a very famous character of ancient history, both as a strategist and as a politician, second: he fits with the period of the game, third: there are already Vercingetorix for the gauls, and Cleopatra for the ptolemies, and he met both of them. For these reasons, I really think Caesar ought to be implemented in the game.
  6. Well, I just tested, and I can have both the mods enabled, so I have two more civs now I like the norse buildings, especially the roofs. Congrats! I'm rellay impressed by all the progress made since fifteen (?) years now! With Aristeia, Rise of the East and Millenium, we'll going to have a full historical experience from the bronze age to the early middle ages! Wackyserious, I actually have the screen menu of Rise of the East, with the millenium logo and millenium music
  7. I've got a (stupid?) question. Is it possible to have both "rise of the east" mod and "millenium" mod, or you have to get only one mod? Also, what are the civs available in this mod?

  11. Well I had some crashes with 0ad as well, but more with rise of the east, however I just played a game and it went well, who knows...I'm merely reporting my experience. Thank you for your re-upload for maps!
  12. Good work on this version, congrats! Unfortunately, the game keeps crashing for me. It always happens at the last age, once I have constructed a certain amount of buildings. The maps I've played are Kerala, and Pendjab. As for the chinese maps: gobi desert and the other one which I don't remember the name, they are not working for me and generate an error message.
  13. It would be good though to have another wonder for the seleucids, even if I have no idea of what the paradise of daphne really looked like. I think about a closed garden with some palmtrees, statues, fountains and roses. New walls should be good also, with skins similar to the towers and the castle, and maybe a new dock. It would be a complete new set then, like the ptolemies.

  15. Hi! I've noticed something about the persian/seleucid wonder, when I play with it, I have no water animation, it is "dry", but in this video, we can see that there is water: (watch at 34:35) Was there a change since the release?
  16. Congratulations for the new release! I appreciated many things in the new version: the new fortress design for the seleucids, and gymnasium for athenians, the possibility to choose the colour of your team, the icons showing the healing or battle aura, and the return of the experience for civil troops. As for the pathfinding, the main issue of this new version, I must say it is worse for me than it used to be, with units stuck before a wood, or moving endlessly to find the spot of construction. However, it does not slow down the game, and it is not very disturbing for the moment (I'll see when I will have more games). I'm sure everything you work on is to improve the game, so I know the pathfinding system will come to fruition someday. On the whole, it is a great release. Thank you for all your work and dedication to this incredible and FREE (some disappointed players forget it!) project!

  18. Thanks for the release! A great addition. A pity though, that there is no champion unit. By the way, I've noticed one bug: the gates do not appear when selected on the walls.
