I can do more complicated things, but it's still difficult for me to understand what exactly is nedeed. Point out errors to me and i will try to correct it.   3. Multitasking in the Gaming Era: Chess and 0 A.D. - An Exciting Challenge Have you ever tried playing two strategic games simultaneously? If not, now might be the time to give it a shot! I recently challenged myself by playing Chess (Lichess) and 0 A.D. (Wildfire Games) at the same time. With a small chess window in the middle of my screen and a time limit of 15+3 minutes per game, it was not only entertaining but also a test of my ability to divide my attention and strategic thinking. Ok, both opponents were set to the easiest difficulty level, so it was a bit like a walk in the park. I kept switching between chess moves and commands in 0 A.D., all while the clock ticked away. In the end, I managed to win both games and was ready to increase the difficulty level of my computer opponents. The experience was not only fun but also a reminder of how creative and challenging gaming can be when you create your own rules.

  4. I'd like to share some updates on the project. Here are some of the features we aim to include: Expandability through mods, without a strict dependency on the "public mod" (though compatibility with it will be maintained). Support for backend devices, both current and future. Independence from wxWidgets—no need for it to function. The project is still in its alpha stage, so a lot of code refactoring, UI polish, and additional features are still needed. Currently, I'm working on integrating the features available in AtlasUI. Hi, I've made a mod that enables you to give yourself a custom rating number and a custom suffix after your name, like this: Your custom rating and suffix can be configured in your options page once the mod is activated: this configuration below will give exactly the effect shown above. The mod is attached as a zip file in the standard 0 A.D mod format. Works out of the box. Have fun! customsuffix.zip

  8. Actually for the Germans, the biggest issue is the market. We have suffficient props to make the units look different and even unique. It’s by no means game breaking, but the current market is really too large and visually similar to the arsenal building. If you would like to work on buildings, @wowgetoffyourcellphone could point you in the right direction, although I think some difficulties arose last time it was worked on.

  11. So it has been almost 2 years since my last post here. I've been working on DerpHammer throughout that time, getting better at 3D modelling and slowly learning how templates work and stuff. (the comparison of the steam tank models does a good job at showing my progress I think) For the most part I've been managing to figure out stuff on my own, but there have been some issues that I just don't know how to solve. One of them is this error message that gets triggered by AI players (it appears once for every AI player at the beginning of a game). As far as I can tell, the only template with the 'unrestricted' class is the ambient buzzard and that one doesn't seem to be the culprit, so I really don't know what the cause would be.
