  1. If I leave 0AD Alpha 19 running, even if paused, the memory usage keeps going up. Left overnight it consumed my 8GB RAM + 8GB swop partition. Build: 26 Nov 2015 (17298P-release) Linux Xubuntu 14.04 AMD processor I have just loaded a saved game, paused it, and watching the memory usage it is going like this: 14:55:30 634.9 MB 14:56:00 653.1 MB = 18.2 MB increase in 30 seconds 14:56:30 671.7 MB = 18.6 MB increase in 30 seconds 14:57:00 689.3 MB = 17.6 MB increase in 30 seconds 14:57:30 707.4 MB = 18.1 MB increase in 30 seconds 14:59:30 781.0 MB = 74.4 MB increase in 120 seconds 15:01:00 834.7 MB = 53.7 MB increase in 90 seconds so it is gobbling RAM at about 36 MB per minute.

  2. Thanks for the screenshots The Swedish says "highland scots". So I guess that the language name is translated into the operating system locale or operating system language instead of displaying its native name or a language code.

  8. Taken in SVN, but the result is the same in release (apart from the list of languages being shorter of course, the name of the language is still translated, despite Swedish not even being included in the release, so it certainly seems to be an issue "higher up").

  9. if it hasn't been suggested already, i'd like to put forward the idea of using some select stock sound effects as well as original ones. there are plenty to choose from, but i'd specifically suggest that the famous Wilhelm Scream be used in a few places, namely for maybe one hero per civilization so that it's not overensaturated

  10. Poster, CD, and notebook cover. Now everyone should have received their perks, the notebook covers should have arrived last week or this week, and given the amount of time since the other perks were sent out those should have arrived as well. Actually there is one perk which hasn't been sent out... The top contributor is to receive a signed CD. Omri, the composer, has received the CD though, so it's just a matter of time before that is sent out as well. There were a couple of extra CDs, so those were sent to Omri as well as a thank you. If you are a member at our forums, and donated $11 or more you now have a "Donator" badge: The Twitter list has been updated with the new names from this fundraiser, and all the people who opted for it in our survey last year will be included in the contributors list in-game. We will let you know as soon as we have found the best way to use the money. It will not be spent on other things like the web server etc, it will only be used to sponsor direct development of the game. Finally, let us once again say thank you very much for your donation, and also for your patience. It's nice to finally be done with the perk delivery. We do intend to keep working on the game until it is finished as well, and hope you will keep following the progress.

  14. Some new stuff for the mod Sorry Skhorn might take some time before your suggestions get in. However I plan to add all the eyecandy that was released on the subforum eyecandy. (So maybe you'll find some stuff )
