I forgot to say before that, regarding the costumes of commoners in the Han Dynasty, the bamboo hats at that time were not in this shape. At that time Chinese women did not wear skirts but robes.R-C.937c87ca6b590cb84aa258711d463e92.thumb.jpg.c8cb20585e7a7f10a280872b521fd1cc.jpgR-C.5ccb67128377ca3adcfe6b5f8ca3a477.jpg.e156cecf8f7c1844db720002083e0ceb.jpg11059_201005261333501edUB.jpg.4cea2e8ec07a9ec6bdbbfecacba9301c.jpg11059_20100526143343104Fa.jpg.dedd0b4ff7f4f05c4bf3768f9cd2ddd2.jpg20170812081523563.thumb.jpg.b3b73ddb252bfa71ff0a7b91acfb533f.jpgv2-0d3caf8ada9326eb03661d844ae8055e_1440w.jpg.963e5d2e0bb38efdceed1577fda226c6.jpgv2-9acd9f4e36b4e90bf76c7a08439c5540_1440w.jpg.6114f5b261d46fd9d81a82f041f8cf42.jpgv2-7007a814d1a8b1fcbec41ff95666ce00_1440w.jpg.16c41994ea87d4d1537bcd816741eb08.jpg

RC.937c87ca6b590cb84aa258711d463e92.thumb.jpg.c8cb20585e7a7f10a280872b521fd1cc.jpgRC.5ccb67128377ca3adcfe6b5f8ca3a477.jpg.e156cecf8f7c1844db720002083e0ceb.jpg11059_201005261333501edUB.jpg.4cea2e8ec07a9ec6bdbbfecacba9301c.jpg11059_20100526143343104Fa.jpg.dedd0b4ff7f4f05c4bf3768f9cd2ddd2.jpg20170812081523563.thumb.jpg.b3b73ddb252bfa71ff0a7b91acfb533f.jpgv2-0d3caf8ada9326eb03661d844ae8055e_1440w.jpg.963e5d2e0bb38efdceed1577fda226c6.jpgv2-9acd9f4e36b4e90bf76c7a08439c5540_1440w.jpg.6114f5b261d46fd9d81a82f041f8cf42.jpgv2-7007a814d1a8b1fcbec41ff95666ce00_1440w.jpg.16c41994ea87d4d1537bcd816741eb08.jpg

In fact, there is no need for Han women to wear hats. If you want to make male civilians, you can use them.

What does this have to do with logging and mining stone?

I mean, does the women's role as workers in the game (actually mostly berry-gathering, farming, and logging) have anything to do with accurate historical attire?

Well, yes. It would look silly for someone in huge robes to be mining gold. The real problem is that the game assigns an economic role to women characters that is not historically accurate. A man mining gold isn't going to wear large robes, even though there are men in his culture who wear large robes on a regular basis.

This texture could be made very easily though! @wackyserious

@wackyserious

Wearing a skirt is no more convenient than a robe. After all, ancient women's dresses rarely considered such heavy physical labor occasions.

Women in the game are very inefficient in mining stones and metals, and almost no players will let them do this work.
If women's labor efficiency must be suppressed because of historical authenticity, why not just remove women's function of collecting metals and stones?

no. Mercenary strategies often use women because even if they are 60% as efficient as men, it is easy to have 60% more of them.

I am not sure, but I would assume a large, flowing garment to be harder to animate for mining/chopping animations than other garments.

Han women's robes are no different from men's robes except that they are longer (usually to the ankles), and if you have seen the Terracotta Warriors, you will find that soldiers' robes are also very loose, because the Chinese don't like narrow sleeves.

We don't use robed models for the men either, at least those that gather wood or stone, etc. The best we can probably do for the women is make a couple of new body textures based on your references (they are good references, thank you) and use the standard "dress" mesh for the female citizen. I'm thinking though it would be cool to make an "Empress Dowager" unit for Atlas - a female unit that does wear the large robes - who perhaps has similar auras to DE's Gorgo and Cleopatra auras (boots nearby male heroes, boosts civilian unit health, etc.). Need a new "f_robe.dae" mesh for it. @Stan` ;)

需要一个新的“f_robe.dae”网格。

I noticed that the wording may be misleading the understanding. When I say men's robes, I mean the one in the photo.OIP-C.ggmS3zFo4N-IrisBiDRrUwHaJK.jpg.fddff9ab6291d74ed73c3da503985d36.jpg

And this is a similar women's robe.v2-b39f0be3a55b296b88fb3a068cd0a685_1440w.jpg.fe864c1442c85e3a0c95905e718b48eb.jpgv2-9f929c5712f75b4dfa9cc58f2bc11660_1440w.jpg.52eabff8d18a43c6b0ed4743e811b4db.jpg
