Mauryan hero does not give the benefit informed in fortres

Dont know his name now, but is the only cav hero, that says in fortres he reduces 50% of the cost of the temples upgrades but dont work when u make him

I think the priest hero gives tech bonus if you garrison him inside blacksmith/fort.

I checked for 0ad alpha23beta:

- There is the healer hero and the chariot hero whose aura affects some cost.

- For the chariot hero: temples cost and built time are reduced, temples tech cost and research time are reduced.

- For the healer hero: tech cost and research time are reduced when the hero is garrisoned in the building producing that tech. (The tooltip is not really clear.)

EDIT: I meant actually checked and tested.

I just tested it and its working now looks like wasnt working in a game i played

Fix what? The Mauryan hero auras work as they're supposed to.
