After mod download and install game glitches and freezes

I downloaded and enabled all the mods from mod.io and now the startup screen is glitched out and the game freezes. It starts up as Terra Magna. Can I not enable them all at once? Is there an order I'm supposed to enable them in. I'm on a late 2013 Mac running Mojave with absolutely no problems before installing/enabling mods.

Ink I think this is the log from the random map crash I just mentioned above. There are only two log files, I thought there would be more but here you go:

Are you sure you disabled all mods save for the public mod ?
There are a lot of incompatible mods on mod.io because they change gameplay, and sometimes the same files.
Delenda Est and Hyrule Conquest are mods that you shouldn't try to combine with any other mods for this reason.

The order of mods matters a lot.

By default you only have one mod. This mod is the base game and is called the public mod. This mod should always be loaded first.

Then you can add another mod let's say Terra Magna and enable it. If you want to play milleniumad disable Terra Magna and enable MillenniumAd

So I only downloaded and enabled Delenda Est and I still get the same error when trying to generate a 2 player (me and Petrabot) random map with a random biome on giant size, nomad and a pop cap of 1000 with a 60 minute ceasefire. Other maps work. I think it's a bug.

is not working because Delenda Est mod package that is in mod.io publishing site from which you automatically download the mods are map specific changes and random map libraries not completely in sync with 0.23 upstream changes.

Delenda Est mod is solely developed by @wowgetoffyourcellphone so you should ask him (https://github.com/JustusAvramenko/delenda_est) not by Council of Modders group

Terra Magna mod and Millenium Ad mod plus some other mods and projects are developed by Council of Modders (https://github.com/0ADMods)

That's because in Public mod "unlimited" population is actually something like 10,000 and not truly unlimited. :) In DE, I simply remove that pretense. ;)
