It is supposed to represent the siege by the persians and avars in the 626, so post Justinian Constantinople (Correct me if i'm wrong). Key buildings are missing as i'm not an artist neither a modeler, but some of them, as the Blachernae Palace is a mere mix of Roman Civ centers.
