Mythos_Ruler
Spartan special building suggestion? An Agoge, which produces Spartiates at the rate of 1/20 of the population every 5 mins or so, assuming population cap isn't reached. The Spartans weren't known for grand infrastructure, so I suppose their wonder could just look like an average (but larger!) functional building.Hmm, they already have the Syssiton, which is basically the Spartan warrior mess hall, as a building that trains Spartaiates and heroes. "The Agoge" as far as I know was the title of their training regimen from a young age... their word for their system of upbringing... rather than their word for a building or structure. oshron
and besides, Wonders are mostly cosmetic buildings, anyway

LordGood
how about interiors? this parthenon is built off of a floor plan.
Mythos_Ruler
Nice. Though, I think the rooftiles were white (there is a white rooftile texture in the game that is usable). There is also an "epic greek temple" already in-game that could be tweaked and used.
quantumstate
The mirror tower, while entertaining seems pretty unrealistic. Also the curvature on the mirror looks much too large, incoming light from the sun is parallel so the focal point is at the place where the normals of the surfaces meet. Pedro Falcão
how about interiors? this parthenon is built off of a floor plan. The Parthenon is Athenian, and since Wonders can have a higher poly count, the pillars could be more detailed and following the Ionic style, as Mythos proposed for the Athenians. It is great, though, LordGood, didn't expect less from you.

Mythos_Ruler
Yep. The Parthenon in Nashville, Tennessee. I'm going to be visiting there this Summer! My main beef with the reconstruction (besides it being built in concrete instead of marble) is that the original Parthenon was very colorful. Much more colorful. The inside has a full-sized replica of the Athena statue! You can rent the space for wedding receptions and other events:

It looks like quite a sincere reconstruction (no arcades, lightsabers etc.)
